[Resolved] Flipkart — wrong product delivered and not replacing it | |
I ordered redmi k20 pro on rs 22999 on 1 october but when package came to me on 11th october it was redmi note 7s of rs8999 in that package. So i informed them and told my situation and even sent them photo of package and all. They initiated replacement and pick up but when on 19th october wish master came, he rejected to pick up the product saying that it is expensive product and for to pick this up we didn't get any email specifically saying that we have to pick up redmi note 7s and deliver k20 pro. So i raised a complaint about it then after i told my situation to another customer care executive and he gave me assurance that it will not happened again and filed replacement request again. After that on 30th october again wish master came and rejected to pick up the wrong product giving me same thing and saying same thing that we did not get email saying to pick redmi note 7s and deliver redmi k20 pro. The didn't resolve my problem and gave me fake assurance and lied to me that my problem is solved but again same problem occurred. It has been 2 times when my replacement and pick up request is rejected because of same reason, the reason they told me that they have resolved. It has been 1 month i did not get the product i ordered and they are just giving me dates and fake assurance and telling lie to me. Order no. Od[protected] Mobile no. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
