Hi team Name:- rajesh sahu Mob :- [protected] I ordered intex brand mobile battery but they delivered lava battery. After that i sent request for replacement to send correct product. Now again they sent me lava battery. Again wrong product. This time they sent defective product. And now they are no responding to replace and cancle product. Dec 8, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was different from what was ordered. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on 29 Oct 18. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
