Flipkart — Wrong product received from what I had ordered | |
I had ordered Realme 8s 5G Phone on Flipkart and they delivered me the wrong product. I had requested them a replacement but they rejected it so many times also I requested a refund that also they are not providing me. Now one month has passed. Please help me to resolve this issue. Below are some additional information:- Ordered Item - Realme 8s 5G Received Item - Samsung galaxy F62 Product Ordered date - 06 Oct 2021 Order delivery date - 12 Oct 2021 Also, I have attached an Invoice copy of the ordered item.
