Flipkart — Wrong tracking details & worst customer support | |||||
Hi my name is sachin & this is a complaint of flipkart.com I have ordered 01 recliner from this site on 06th Oct 2016 & got a confirmation mail with Shipment Tracking ID: [protected] (bluedart). today, after 18 days when I am tracking this id from bluedart, i came to know that this id is not mine & belongs to 01 south indian person stays in Kandivli. till today these guys were sitting on this fake details & were laying eggs on it. when i called & update them then they realise that this is a problem & still there is no solution for it. They require 24-48 hrs for the same to resolve 7 there is nothing much they can do for it. still after speaking to them & complaining, they are not ready to provide tracking number for my purchase & there is assureity if its going to be delivered on time. this is nonsense & not acceptable.
