Flipkart — Wrong Tracking information provided by Flipkart | |||
I have ordered computer table from Flipkart on 27 Oct 2020 through Seller Suncrown Furniture. Order id is OD[protected]. Tracking id they have given is 89043523 through their courier partner Safexpress. While i tried tracking product on Safexpress portal it shows its invalid E way bill number provided by flipkart. Even after contacting customer support team for over 2 days to get correct tracking details. Flipkart is unable to share correct tracking details. Also flipkart is not allowing cancellation of product as they are saying product has been shipped and cannot be cancelled. I have seen this issue is common when products are being ordered through seller "Suncrown Furniture". few other people have lodged complaints as well. Please ask them to provide either correct tracking Information or allow cancellation of product Was this information helpful? | |||
