[Resolved]  Flipkart — wrong & used product received

Mine 31/08/2020 ko prestige grill sendwich meker order kiya tha. Muje 03/09/2020 delivred hua. Maine prestige ka mangya tha or wrong company ka diya hai or vobhi use kiya hua. Maine 03/09/2020 ko return ki req. Dali hui hai par abhi tak koi bhi product lene nahi aay or. Nahi muje refund mila hai. Or customer care me baat karti hu to vo muje date pe date de rahe hai. Pls. Help me.
