I am again and again asking you people same thing i dont understand why do you people dont reply with the proofs what kind of purchase history you have seen even i want to know what history was there and additionally i have an gift card in my account of rs 2000 which i have purchased it so i need that back or else transfer that card to some other account or transfer it back to my bank account.
You people dont know the customer problems or their history what are they facing from your technical errors you have also blamed me that i am resealing the phones how many times i have purchased it you are not even ready to reply that and just a computerizes reply copy past i am getting it.. You have to reply my questions as an customer i have to know it why and how..
I have send you all your history and what problems i am facing from your side all your emails 2 times my money has got blocked after making payment which was credited in your account.
And you have returned the money after 2 days to me.

What kind of services is this is been provided to me then i am paying out the money which is asked from your website and you show some technical error and now this time you people have blamed me for resealing the phones can i know how many times you have delivered this phone to me that you could prove it that i am resealing them.
