[Resolved]  Flipkart — wrongly guide and wrong litigation

I am again and again asking you people same thing i dont understand why do you people dont reply with the proofs what kind of purchase history you have seen even i want to know what history was there and additionally i have an gift card in my account of rs 2000 which i have purchased it so i need that back or else transfer that card to some other account or transfer it back to my bank account.

You people dont know the customer problems or their history what are they facing from your technical errors you have also blamed me that i am resealing the phones how many times i have purchased it you are not even ready to reply that and just a computerizes reply copy past i am getting it.. You have to reply my questions as an customer i have to know it why and how..

I have send you all your history and what problems i am facing from your side all your emails 2 times my money has got blocked after making payment which was credited in your account.

And you have returned the money after 2 days to me.

What kind of services is this is been provided to me then i am paying out the money which is asked from your website and you show some technical error and now this time you people have blamed me for resealing the phones can i know how many times you have delivered this phone to me that you could prove it that i am resealing them.

All i want that my rs. 2000 gift card back or else transfer that amount back to my bank account.

I AM TRYING TO CALL YOU CUSTOMER CARE WHEN EVER I CALL THEM THEY RAISE A COMPLAINT AND TELL ME TO WAIT 24 HOURS AND THERE IS NO REPLY LEAVING SORRY SIR...!!! SORRY SIR...!!! WE CANT HELP YOU FROM HERE YOU HAVE TO EMAIL AND AFTER EMAILING ALSO THERE IS NO REPLY LEAVING YOU CANT LOGIN YOUR ACCOUNT.

I HAVE AN GIFT CARD OF RS. 2000 WHICH I HAD PURCHASED FROM PAYBACK.COM I HAVE AN INVOICE FOR IT NOW FOR SOME TECHNICAL ERROR I HAD ALWAYS GOT SOME ERRORS ONLY WHILE WHEN I MADE AN PAYMENT FOR MY PURCHASE THE PAYMENT GOT CUT FROM MY BANK AND EVEN CONFIRMED FROM FLIPKART CUSTOMER CARE THE ACCEPTED THAT WE HAVE GOT YOUR PAYMENT BUT NEVER GAVE ME MY PRODUCT AND CANCELED IT DUE TO TECHNICAL ERROR... IT WAS NOT MY FAULT OR MY MISTAKE.. FOR THOSE PROBLEMS I AM FACING IT.

NOW I AM JUST ASKING FOR MY GIFT CARD TO GET TRANSFERRED OR GIVE ME CASH BACK OF 2000 IN MY BANK ACCOUNT AND I NEVER GET A CALL BACK FROM THE TEAM WHO IS GOING TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEMS JUST A EMAIL FOR ALL MY QUESTIONS THAT. YOU CANT LOGIN YOUR ACCOUNT ANYMORE.
