[Resolved]  Flipkart — xiaomi mi a1

I have purchased xiaomi Mi A1 from flipkart on Jan 30th 2018,
The product is not working well and its quite often switching off, i called to flipkat customer care as per policy of returns on 10th day of product received Feb 8th 2018 and explained the problem, executive guided me basic trouble shooting, i performed it and told him that im on travelling to madhya pradesh and will be back to hyderabad on 13th jan 2018, if the handset is not working well i will call to flipkart and asked for new mobile device of same, on feb 8th 2018 the exceutive from flipkart told me and given me commitment we will exchange it, but now today i called the customer care again they told they wont exchange and submit in service centre, why should i submit when the product is not damaged with my hands, kindly exchnage with a new one or else take a legal action on this, on high priority,

We had interacted with the customer, informed thatSince the product was delivered to you on January 30, 2018, it has crossed the seller's 10 day replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to help you out. Hence routed to Authorized Service Center.
