My cake's order #29443 was cancelled by them on September 1, 2025, saying that their sellers are located too far, where delivery was to be given and stated further that the advance given by me will be refunded in 10 to 15 working days.
Today, it is more than 15 working days and I have so far not received the refund of the payment of Rs.549 paid online to them. I have sent them 2 reminder emails in the last fortnight, for giving the refund, but they are not replying. From the reviews I read online about other customers sufferings in the recent past, I m of firm belief that this Company is a FRAUD, by taking advance against online orders and thereafter cancelling it, without any refund.
