Flora Sensation — Order 49284 was canceled by Flora sensation but did not get refund even 70 days. No contact number

I have ordered cake for birthday on 23.05. 2026 and I have paid 949_-. My order ID was 49284. The order was cancelled Flora sensation and received mail that with in 15 days you will receive the amount paid. Afterwards I am continuously communicating via mail by they did not respond. They don't have any contact number. After 70 days, still I didn't receive the amount.
