Dear Customer Support,
I placed an order for a cake and bouquet on 21 April 2026 with Order ID #45545. My order was initially confirmed, but later I received an email stating that the order was cancelled due to a service issue. In that email, it was mentioned that the refund would be initiated within 15 days.
However, today is 10 May 2026, and I still have not received the refund amount. I have already sent multiple emails regarding this matter, but I have not received any response from your side.
I kindly request you to check this issue urgently and process my refund as soon as possible. Please also share the refund status and transaction details.
