Dear Customer Support,
I placed an order for a cake and bouquet on 21 April 2026 with Order ID #45545. My order was initially confirmed, but later I received an email stating that the order was cancelled due to a service issue. In that email, it was mentioned that the refund would be initiated within 15 days.
However, today is 10 May 2026, and I still have not received the refund amount. I have already sent multiple emails...

My cake's order #29443 was cancelled by them on September 1, 2025, saying that their sellers are located too far, where delivery was to be given and stated further that the advance given by me will be refunded in 10 to 15 working days.

I have place order from Flora sensation on 28Jan2025, but never received order not refund. Sent so many mail but no response. Seems as fake company, action should be taken as many people spent money but never returned back as refund.

I had ordered a cake of rs.749 on 16th July, 2024. But it got cancelled after one hour of bookings.it was told that within 10days it will be refunded but not yet done. It's more than 20 days.
If not done as early then I'll make fraudulent complain.

I ordered a cake on[protected] of RS.507 but order was cancelled by the flora sensation and I got a mail from flora sensation that amount will be refunded within 10-15 days but still no refund is initiated in my account. Please refund my money in my account as soon as possible.
