I placed an order of cake and flower for my sister b'day on the 31st of August, which was supposed to get delivered on 1st of September. I received an email stating the order has been cancelled. I tried to reach out to them on their website and the email id shared to process the refund of the amount charged as the order was cancelled from their end. Its been 16 days and inspite of my regular mails the company is not responding. They have not given any contact number so that I can't reach them.
Emails they are not replying. I want to report this as a fraud company who is cheating people with their money. Request you to pls block this business and take a strict action against them.
