I am filing a complaint against Flora Sensations regarding Order #51924.
The company confirmed my order but failed to deliver the product. The following day, I received an email stating that the order had been cancelled and that my refund had been initiated. However, even after more than 20 days, I have neither received the refund nor any further communication from the company.
Despite repeated follow-ups, the company has not responded. They also do not provide any toll-free or customer care telephone number, leaving customers with no effective way to contact them.
The complete lack of response and failure to process the promised refund has caused inconvenience, and mental harassment. Based on this experience, I am seriously concerned that the company's conduct may be fraudulent. Was this information helpful? |
