I had placed order for my cake order no (#16534) placed on 28th November 2024. On the same day, I received an email confirming that my order was successfully placed and was in process. However, shortly afterward, I received another email stating that my order had been cancelled, and I was informed that my refund would be processed within 10-15 days.
It has now been over 20 days, and I have yet to receive the refund. I have made multiple attempts to follow up via email, but I have not received any response or resolution. This delay is unacceptable, and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication from your team.
I request an immediate refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order and seek compensation for the inconvenience and the loss I have suffered due to the undelivered cake.
Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves, and I expect a prompt resolution.
