Ordered a cake on 8th October 2024. They cancelled the order as mentioned below:

They sent a mail saying that the money would be refunded in 10 to 15 Working days. Since then I have sent multiple emails but no response from their side.
Today is 13th December 2024, I didn't receive any refund and no response.
They do not have a phone number listed on the website.
