Flora Sensations — Non refund of money

I want to raise a grievance against Flora Sensations, a company which claims to deliver flowers, cakes and gifts online.

I have placed order two orders on 8th Feb 2025, with reference to order no. 19256 & 19270. However, the order was cancelled on the same day stating that it cannot be delivered stating that they had problems with delivery to the said address. & will receive the refund within 10-15 workings days but no refund has been received till now (after almost one month i.e 6th march 2025)

I am continuously trying to reaching out to Flora Sensations through their chat but no reply received till now.

Request you to kindly register my complaint against Flora sensations & take the required actions as this site is only fooling their customers by just not refunding their money.
