I have ordered a cake and bouquet to deliver on 5th April 2026 at night but due to shortage of service they postponed the delivery so I cancelled the order immediately and now its been 12 days they have not refunded my money and they don't even respond to the mail I have mailed them several times and attached the bill as well also they don't provide their contact number on their website.
