I placed an order with Flora Sensations and paid ₹1199 online. My order (#52628) was cancelled by the company without my consent and is showing “Cancelled-NSDL” on the order tracking page. Despite the cancellation, I have not received a refund. I contacted the company and requested a refund, but the issue remains unresolved.
