Flower Aura — My order is not delivered so far which I ordered from their website

Extremely disappointed with FlowerAura. Ordered a Blueberry Swirls Cake (Order #9741331, Rs 1370) for my family's birthday celebration in Vijayawada, with a confirmed delivery window of 21st Aug, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM. The cake was never delivered, and the birthday was missed entirely.
When I asked why, FlowerAura's support team gave four different explanations across four separate emails:

1. We called your registered number it went unanswered.
2.The consignee's number was switched off.
3. We were reaching the registered number.
4. The number was switched off or did not answer.

None of this holds up, the phone was never switched off, and no call was ever received on our end. Despite failing to deliver on the actual day it mattered, FlowerAura then tried to charge an extra Rs 150 're-delivery fee' to fix a failure that was entirely theirs.

If you live outside India and rely on services like this to celebrate a birthday or occasion with family back home, be very cautious. Poor coordination, shifting excuses, and an unwillingness to take accountability made an already stressful situation worse. I would not trust FlowerAura with anything time-sensitive again.

I am requesting one of the following, to be actioned within 48 hours:

A full refund of Rs 1370, since the delivery was not completed within the promised window and the occasion has now passed, or Immediate free redelivery at no additional cost, with written confirmation of the exact delivery time.
Please note that I have documented this entire email trail, along with the order details, and have already shared this publicly as a review, along with supporting screenshots, to inform other customers — particularly those ordering from outside India for family back home of this experience.

I expect a clear, non-contradictory response from your side within 48 hours.
