I order two rakhi and some sweets whose delivery was 20th August. Still not received it.

Will it remain in transit all through the lifetime. customer service is efficient. They are not ready to help and it never shows that where exactly the courier has reached in transit.

They make false claims.

      Hi Team, i am highly unsatisfied with your services . Regarding my order number 5561579 it’s missing a Jade roller which was supposed to be delivered on 12 aug and it’s 15 august today still it’s not delivered and i am chasing almost everyday to ask status on the same where i should be getting email from you guys regarding the status . If you cannot provide me with an update regarding same please refund my money and i will make sure never to purchase from your website. Very poor service .
      Worst service.. Please don't ever place order using Floweraura. Customer care service is useless. You will get automatic generated messages and emails. They have no solution but lame excuses. They will not refund money and not deliver product as well. False commitment, false delivery date.

        I have ordered a mango cake on 14.08.2021 which was stale. It looked horrible as well. The decor of the cake was not that which I ordered. A completely asymmetrical cake, which had a foul smell.. Kindly don't fool people in this way.

            I order a cake combo with kitkat gems cake and flowers .the flowers was not likely that I will see on your site . In flowers sepals and white small flowers are shown in the image was not there . Only 10 Rose's were received.plese tell me why.if any issue were from your side pl tell me and return my money

              I ordered a plant and cake onJuly 01 from Flower aura, chandigarh. An amount of 1462 was deducted from my account.I shared the payment details.I confirmed from the bank regarding the transfer but flower aura dint acknowledge the receipt of the money and said order is not complete.

                  I had Ordered a cake which was delivered with wrong name and the wrong size of picture on it. When I asked for refund they said we will give you 150 rupees as cash points. when I didn't accept they said we will deliver flower which was also not delivered.

                  I just asked for the complete refund or a gift of same amount which they did not accept.

                  I was so embarrassed just because of this mistake.

                  Now no one is replying to my email.

                    I ordered for a fruit basket this morning and asked for delivery to be made by the same day. I followed up in chat around 5 pm and asked for the status. Terzin, the agent assured me that delivery will be made as per my order on the same day. The delivery guy called me at 7:31 pm and told me without apology that fruit basket is not available and he can deliver only flowers or cake without even offering me an apology. I'm totally disappointed with your behaviour and want to know what action are you going to take to make sure that the customer is satisfied.

When I asked in customer care to initiate return or give me exchange option they said consider this product as an exception and keep it. Really ? This is how you treat your customers? I am not new customer. And if in your site it's written that within 24-48 hours we can initiate for easy returns then why am I not getting return option. Plant costs 499. It's not 1 or 10 rs product and I am not even getting option to return. Such a worst experience. Please resolve this issue immediately or this will be my last purchase with this company.

                          My order number 5357818 was supposed to reach on 31st May 2021 but at 20:18 on 28th May 2021, it shows delivered.
                          The truth is, the recipient hasn't received anything. And even after several mails and calls, flower aura isn't giving me an update of what is going on.
                          The product has been misplaced and my money has gone to waste, this experience has been really bad.

                          Either get the product delivered or give me back my money.

                            Today I have placed an order and now when time has passed. I got a called that we cant deliver the cake. Worst service...It is shop from Allahabad. I would suggest not to order anything from this website FlowerAura. There are many chances they will ruin the celebration.

                            And they are so smart that They have given a wrong number on their website so that no one can contact the.

                            And they have not refunded yet.

                            I wont complaint about it if they havent such a provision : express delivery on their website

                              I placed an order for flowers (order no.5325923) to be delivered in Goa on 17 May. The order was delayed due to the cyclone.

                              The delivery was attempted 2 days later on 19 May. However, the flowers were never delievered because Flowerauara said "the concerned party to whom the flowers were to be delvered did not answer the phone".

                              This is no excuse because FlowerAura emailed me in real time about the phone number being unreachable. I emailed right back saying phone lines are down but the concerned party is at home. I provided them with an email confirmation. Floweraura respond saying they would inform their delivery team.

                              But, a day later they said they didn't deliver the flowers. I now am being refused a refund or a redelivery saying it's their policy "if someone won't answer their phone, they won't deliver."

                              This despite my email (in real time) confirming that the concerned party was indeed at home.

                              Terrible service by FlowerAura that goes by a self-imposed rule book rather than take a wholistic approach to the situation to ensure the job gets done.

                                I ordered a bouquet from flora aura, it was not delivered and cancelled by the team. I was assured by the customer care team that I will get the refund but it's more then a week now no refund is credited in my account. The customer service is now nit responding on my quearies. Worst app fake app. Dnt order from this app ever or else you will also feel that harrasment and Dissappointment.

                                    I have ordered KitKat gems cake which was shown as being totally filled with gems and bordered with KitKat.and what I have reviewed is having barely 10 gems and KitKat on the corners are also very very less.like in the picture it was shown as being very compactly packed with KitKat and what I recieved has a gap in between every kitkat.the gap can be easily filled with 2 KitKat stripe.now am totally disappointed from floweraura.i used to be a regular customer and was loving that.but now my favourite persons bday is ruined by floweraura.

                                      The order was placed at 5:15pm and the time slot selected was 18:00-21:00hrs. The order is not delivered even post 9. The customer care was super negligent. I tried calling them time and again, every time i got the same answer that the order is already dispatched from our end and you will receive it. They were not ready to refund the money too. Super pathetic service. Not manners at all. And I’ll make sure people get to know how pathetically you guys treat your customers even when we’re paying almost thrice than a local florist. Pathetic service experience. Would never recommend floweraura to anyone

                                                I have ordered a beer mug(personalised on 4th jan).It was to be deliverd on 11th jan.There was no notification from the team side.When I called up on the given no., they didn't even knw that order was for Dimapur and not Dispur(as they keep mentioning).I told them that plz cancel the order as they were not able to deliver on the location.They told as to they will definitely deliver it by 14th and on the 14th still no notification came from their side and after my calling they told they are now canceling it.Till then I have not received my 899rs back.very irresponsible team.kindly make them pay my money back as soon as possible or I will take severe action.

                                                  I have ordered a cake today with order no 4978394. It was for a little girl and she was waiting for birthday cake till 2pm which was promised delivery date. At 4pm when I contacted them they are saying it will reach by 5pm. By 5pm some agent called me from some other location which is 200 km away. Then again they called me and told that today we can't deliver and we can deliver at their convenient time only. It's screwed by entire party arranged for the little girl and we should not allow these people to just go away by saying sorry. I asked them can you deliver any cake for which also they said no. Hence we need to take some legal actions on this company who is cheating people.

                                                      I have Placed a order on 1st dec, 2020. My order id is 4917475 and paid extra for midnight delivery and order has been placed successful.But after placing the order there is no update.This is not acceptable. In the website they are claiming for midnight delivery will be happened within 1.00 am of midnight... Now this is 1.21 am. I don't want the product, I want my complete refund in my bank account. The fault is completely yours. Even in the website cancel and refund catagory is blank.

                                                        I am reaching out to customer executives regarding product delivery since three days and it is still being expedited from their end and no further actions are taken. They mention that they understand the situation but no action has been taken so far. This is the worst ever service that is been provided from a reputed website which is absolutely annoying. Kindly do the needful to place a return and refund request at the earliest. I am not very much interested again to get the item that is being delivered not at the appropriate time.

                                                          On 19th October I ordered a combo cake and Fengshui plant. Delivery was on time but the product was not the same as ordered. The cake was not handled carefully, the damaged cake was found in the box and instead of Fengshui plant, they provided some other dead plant. Not at all acceptable, if the product was not available the company should have sent an email to me asking for option. I think so you guys just make money by playing with others emotions. I raised my concern to the team, various email sent they only know to say sorry for the inconvenience. I tried my best to replace the product. Customer service Rohit, Kumar, Rashid confirmed 100% that 21st morning they will arrange same Fengshui plant to deliver. I ended my conversation hoping that it will be done. Surprisingly nothing was done, again I have to follow up but no one was ready to assist. I had a chat with Emraan he took my details and promise that the team is working to resolve.
