Dear sir/madam,
I am writing this letter in regard to express my dissatisfaction towards floweraura commitment for the order no 2936945.
Order was placed on13 feb 2019 with a online payment of amount 1218 rs. As per floweraura website commitment order was supposed to deliver on 14feb 2019 in the mentioned time slot between 09:00 am to 09:00 pm but neitherthe order delivered nor the amount refunded.
As per floweraura, order has been delivered and they have sent mail order has been completed. Customer support contact no (+91-[protected]) found always busy and chat support always keep you in queue.
I am looking for solution to refund the amount asap.

Today Order got delivered with Complement six Roses from the flower aura. Really Appreciate and taking my complaint back. Thanks to the team for the efforts they made for the order to get it delivered.

    My order number is 2920287. I ordered for valentines day. First they called for delivery but due to some urgency i was not available to get that. I called to delivery boy and asked for delivery he said he will deliver in evening and it's totally in vain.in evening i called him couple of times but they didnt pick call. And gift is not delivered till date. Most worst service. Even payment is made. Worst service nd worst company. Poor service.

      My order no was 2853265 and it was not delivered even after the given time slot amd not been contacted for delivery yet. Not even providing any help for the said case. It was ordered in the morning and it costs me 434 rupees and i was informed about delivering it before 2100 hrs as it was a gift of rose day. I even requested to deliver it before 1800 but not considering my request it has not been deliver yet. Please do needful

        My order number is 2729645, while booking the timeslot it shown as 9am to 7PM. I booked one cake to deliver to guntur. I requested them multiple times to deliver it before 5PM. I called so many times and they were keep on saying cake is out for deliver every time. From 3PM to 5 PM they were saying cake is out for delivery. Gutur is a small town and can travel anywhere within 30 mins. They won't deliver cake before 7PM . There service is very bad and no update from executives. Please don't book cakes or gifts from this website. It's waste of time and money.
        One of the worst service I have ever witnessed...very very unprofessional..plz don't waste your money here ..

          A bunch of cheats...forget 100% happiness guarantees... 1100/- bucks down the drain and instead had a horrible horrible experience and show down... Very unpleasant experience.

          1. Did not deliver on time but to fool sent delivery confirmation
          2. Delivered something else which was not what I had ordered. Instead sent something which was already kept in stock.
          3. When raised complain about my mother being allergic to cherries which was not even the part of the content I had ordered, the solution given was that we will send a man who will take the cake and remove cherries and deliver the same cake back. Can't give you a replacement since this cake is already made.
          4. Chat, customer care call had very argumentative resolution and was not willing to even transfer the call to the manager.
          5. Refund not possible... Replacement not possible... We can give a coupon of 150 is the resolution they offered...

          Highly disappointed. Better to go with trusted brands than those who have no value for sentiments.

          After I gave the cake away to the maid since my mom is allergic to it, they called me 2 hrs later to say we will replace the cake but not give a refund. The day is half past, guests gone, what good is the anniversary cake at 3 in the afternoon. Made the whole charm and excitement turn into a mess... Have never been so agitated in my life. Extremely tasteless way of handling

            Instead of delivering good quality cake, full chocolate vanilla full cream cake was delivered infact ordered chocolate truffle cake whose image was shown different on the site.
            I complaint to them then they refused for a refund.

            I ordered to make my family surprise with a good cake since i was not living with them else i would have not ordered online and directly brought from store

            Next day, they informed that the cake was full of cream and no base of bread also wasn't a chocolate truffle cake at all.

            Images depicted while ordering and while receiving the product were entirely different.

            I want to take strict action towards this.

              I ordered rakhi for my brother on 22 august. Estimate delivery date is 24 august but neither the delivery has been done yet nor there is any response from ur side. I know there r many orders so i[censored] can't deliver than don't take the order rakhi is 26 august but not yet delivered ur package and the whole and sole responsibility is urs. Very pathetic service is urs and the worst response. I want refund my money. Take action as soon as possible if not i will be forced to take the matter to consumer court.

                  I am very very irritated and dissatisfied with your service.

                  Order number : 1943356
                  Delivery date 9th march 2018
                  Delivery person sagar yelve

                  I had arranged for a gift to be delivered to my wife and your deliver person has given it to a wrong person without even checking anything.
                  Your deliver person did not even call the receiver and has handed over the gift to a 3rd party and left.

                  I called the customer care to tell them that the gift has not been delivered though i received the delivery confirmation sms.

                  I spoke to 4 different people and each of them offered a call back in 5mins but none of them called back.
                  I have been on calls with your customer service centre since 11am and still no resolution.

                  1st person i forgot to take thr name.

                  After 15mins i call again
                  2nd person:- ruchi, who apparently offered call back in 5mins but never called.

                  After 20mins i call again
                  3rd person :- ashish who also offered a call back but hasn't called yet.

                  After 30mins i call again
                  4th person:-raj who also offered a call back but i asked him to do whatever he wishes but i will stay on hold.

                  In the meanwhile i had to call sagar yelve the delivery guy and tell him that he has given the gift to the wrong person.

                  I called sagar and took him on conference call with - raj who's 1st question was:
                  Did u call the receiver before handling over the gift?
                  And the delivery guy sagar said "i did not call the receiver but i spoke to the receptionist and handed over the gift to a lady who came out.

                  This other lady is not my wife, not my friend and she is not someone who i know.
                  Apparently her name was also ankita but that is none of my business and none of my concern.

                  My wife's name is ankitha shet and your delivery guy did not check her name or card or even d basic phone call on her mobile number to make sure the gift is delivered to the right person.

                  This other lady has apparently eaten the chocolates with her friends,
                  Enjoyed the roses
                  And given the teddy bear to some other lady and refused to return the things back.

                  I get a call back from raj at 1:30 saying the half eaten chocolates have been returned to my wife and the roses n teddy teddy has been collected back.

                  This is so embarrassing. Why shud someone even go through all this.

                  This was supposed to be a gift. I wanted my wife to open the 3 things and unwrap the gifts on her own so that she remembers me and smiles and feel happy about it.
                  However here things are all opened and used and handed over in shabby way.

                  How would you feel if you go to a restaurant and order a dish which is delivered on someone else's table who taste it 1st and then realise they were not supposed to get this and then the same dish is placed on your table. Will you feel like eating it or will you get angry.

                  This is just not acceptable to me.
                  Its is so disrespectful towards customers.
                  As a husband i wanted my wife to get the teddy the roses and chocolates and now she has to request some strangers for her own gifts.

                  What kind of service is this???
                  This is so unprofessional.
                  Plus your own staff not even being bothered about customers and not taking the pain to fillow up and call back the client to update them about the status.

                  Im very very very disappointed and unhappy (Both understatement) with the kind of service received

                  Not against raj who called back and followed up but overall this was the most pathetic and stupid decision of mine to select floweraura for this gift.

                    I had booked order for a cake to be delivered at lucknow on 14 feb 2018. Had made the payment too online. Order no.1884712
                    Not recd the item.
                    Refund my money rs799/- forthwith.
                    If there was any issue due to any reason, you should not have accepted my order request as the date of delivery is fix. How can a valentine day cake be delivered late?
                    Request early action on refund of the amount of rs 799/-. Hope you will appreciate my concern.

                      I my husband had ordered cake n rosses for me on website name www.floweraura.com. The suppose to reach my address but didn’t reached to me and status is showing is completed addressing that I have revived it on 14/02/2018.that seriously disgusting and most of all above their customer support one number doesn’t exist and another always busy. I don’t know what to do. My husband already paid bills for it.i think this website is fraud.please see towards it

                        I had ordered same day delivery gifts through site and they delayed it and couldn't deliver it on that day. Next day we emailed to cancel the order then they forcefully delivered the gifts and then were not ready to refund and kept lying taht we refused ti take it. After lots of emails now they want to give coupons of the same site, which we refuse to take and the money they say they can't refund not sure for what reasons.

                        Full description of the incident with proofs

                        I am the one who was suppose to receive the order in bengaluru.

                        I am attaching few screenshots and phone audio recordings, which clearly proves that delivery was totally delayed from your side.

                        So screenshot 1 clearly mentions that delivery slot is between 09:00 - 19:00 on[protected], if you really mean what to convey to your customers then delivery should have been between this slot.

                        It was a office address and it gets over by 6 pm and i stayed back till 7 pm to collect my gift.

                        So now check screenshot 2 and 3 which shows what time delivery boy called me, which is already beyond 7 pm.

                        That time also he was not near to my office and was at kormangala, you can check easily how much time it takes to reach my office from koramangala in the evening time. Aprrox 2 hours

                        This thing you can listen in the audio recording which he clearly says where is he currently.

                        So for a lady who has already waited 1 hour extra can't keep waiting for 2 hour more that too when it is delayed from your side.

                        Also in this case i asked the delivery boy to deliver it to my home which is just 5 kms away and will take only 10 more mins, delivery boy very stringently denied, this also you can listen in audio recording 2

                        Next day morning when it was already emailed to cancel the order, it was forcefully sent to my office.

                        They should have informed the delivery boy on time that we have cancelled the order, they should not come to deliver.

                        I was not in office that day and that was planned before.

                        We don't want coupon, we need money refunded to original mode of payment.

                          I had ordered a mug and heart for someone’s birthday.. Floweraura says that they deliver within 3-4 days but it’s been 9 days i didn’t my order yet.. And they said they did not trace my order. Why we all give our contact number because if they have any trouble to locate our address then they can call us but no.. They didn’t call. And said my order is at my place. Then when the hell will i receive my order? First time i m ordered something from this site but to hell with this site and their services. Their customer care team is so bad they say all the time different things. One said your order will deliver today one said sat sun is off of courier services. I mean what the hell. First you guys give training to your cc team to speak at least the same thing to your customer. I had call 3 times and chat at least 4-5 times but nobody cares. Bad bad bad never order from this site..

                            I placed an order at website called floweaura.com. What a disappointment. I live in pune and wanted to surprise my mother on mother's day with a bouquet. Order no: #1165817 for delhi. I placed this order of mixed roses on 13th may 2017 for mother's day to be delivered on 14th may 2017 (Standard delivery). My order was not delivered at all and my parents were at home the entire time. Also, i got a message at 11:36 pm saying my order has been delivered. When i inquired at home, no flowers were received. I need a refund as nothing was delivered on my behalf. The company does not pick up calls. Refund!!! Please!! Worst experience ever!!!
                            I ordered yesterday. Till now not delivered. Thr chat responses also worst. They did not respond properly. If you are not able to deliver why you take an order online. Simply shut down the website and get lost. My order number was: 1883116.

                            Thr customer care number also not connected. Chat also not responding.

                              Kolkata, on 21july morning i have requested 1kg fruit cake and paid approx 1360rs for that (order no:668677). they delivered on same day by 1730hrs. during celebration time i observed that they delivered 1/2kg cake only. due to same my wife birthday celebration got ruined. same moment i tried given number but no response from another side. next day when i called office manager they flatly refused and claiming about right delivery. they claimed they don't made 1/2kg fruit cake.
                              In actual cake were delivered from another shop (based on their packing) when i visit same place i found same cake were available in 1/2kg in 360rs only.
                              Here my complaint is about the wrong delivery.interesting part they flatly refused about same and saying i[censored] feel its 1/2kg you must not consumed.


                              I need resolution in terms of apology or refund. here i am attaching here all pictures for your kind reference.

                                Hello,

                                I have scheduled a delivery on 20th of july for birthday flowers. the order was placed on 19 th of july itself (order no #667055) i have ordered yellow roses.

                                On 20th of july when i tried to track the order status via customer care no's i was unable to do so. no response through mail too. by 12 pm i got a call from customer care stating that the yellow roses was not there so i've changed the order to red roses and i requested them to deliver it before 3pm.

                                I got a call back saying that the order cannot be delivered with 8pm.

                                In their official website they have mentioned all orders will be delivered within 5pm

                                Worst customer service and quality of service

                                People will miss out their excitement in case if they happen to order with this worst site

                                No guarantee for money too

                                  I had ordered a bouquet of red roses and a card on 8th may 2016 (Mother's day) at flower aura store located at jaipur, but it was delivered on 9th; though the site ensured the gifts to be delivered by same day. There's no need of gift if it is not delivered on the day of occasion. On calling several times too, there was no response from other side.
                                  Please lodge a complaint against the company (Flower aura) and i want my money back (Around 570 rs).

                                    I have ordered a flower bouquet and a teddy bear combo "Love messenger" order #1035656. this should be deliver on 14th Feb at 12. However the site said we are not commited with the time. I have got the flowers at 5 pm that also i can accept. but the quality of flower that I have got was worst with the teddy bear of 12'' inch wasn't there the teddy bear was of Happy Birthday. in the site the item price was 949 but while i was booking it charged 1200 rs for no explaination and in that 1200 rs I have got that worst thing on the very special day. I request to please close this site. as this site is making very untrustworthy and misleading online shopping for the customer. Thanks,

                                      I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER FOR A RAKHI ON 19TH OF AUG FROM THIS WEBSITE (FLOWER AURA). I GOT A CONFIRMATION THAT ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED ON SCHEDULED DAY WHICH WAS ON 21ST OF AUGUST. MY BROTHER DID NOT RECEIVE THE RAKHI TILL TODAY. I HAVE RECEIVED WORST SERVICE WHEN I HAVE CONTACTED THEM TO KNOW THE STATUS. THEY SAID IT WILL TAKE 4 TO 5 BUSINESS TO DELIVER THE RAKHI THOUGH WE BOTH LIVES IN HYD.
