Several weeks ago, i ordered a cake to be delivered in india to my relative through lovenwishes run by flower-india.in. When i called to ask about the celebration party to my relative in india, i learned that the cake was not received. Since it was night, i could only email to lovenwishes to check on the status. Upon checking with lovenwishes, their story kept on changing (1) at first they said it was delivered (False) (2) said there was no one home (False, i double checked, there were two people at home all day long) (3) then blamed the delivery person and so on. Since it was not delivered on the day of the event, i asked to cancel it on chat and make a refund at which they said a second delivery is sent and they can not refund. Rude: they sent me the terms and conditions to show it may not get there on the desired day. When the second delivery was made, the delivery guy told my relative that there was no phone number on the order (False). Result: (1) very poor customer service, and (2) delivery person and lovenwishes people lying and making the customer look bad to their dear ones in india. Stay away from lovenwishes. Besides, since then i have seen a number of reliable services at a cost significantly (About 30%-40%) less than lovenwishes. So i am not going to use lovenwishes or flower-india.in any more.
