I ordered for birds of paradise flowers from them and after payment they are calling and saying that it's not available on that location. The website showed availability of same. Now i am waiting for delivery. When i told them i will write a review about same they were pretty cool.. It doesn't matter to them. These people are unprofessional, cheaters.. It's late evening and the order is still not delivered. Pathetic!!...

I ordered an item from this site flower-india.in, on feb 14th 2018, neither it reached on same dates nor until now. Its a fraud site to get money from people. Please spam the site and do actions to close such fraud sites and the people behind them is to be blocked from all professional sites like linkedin. The ceo, if someone so exists should be charged fine for running such sites. I never got money back nor the item. Order no : lw267620....

I ordered recently for my brother's birthday. There was an option to select date of delivery. I selected the same and paid online. AFTER payment, they send an email saying that since my requested date of cake delivery was on a festival day, they will not be able to deliver. My question is: Then why the hell was the delivery date option available? Why not inform this to the customer BEFORE taking their money??

My Order Request No: LW228214 has not been delivered. There is no answer from the company's phone nor from their emails. This is a fraudulent site fleecing money from innocent people. I ordered on 5th Jan 2017 and the Payment has been taken from my credit card. There is no way to follow this up via email or via phone . I feel frustrated and cheated...

I order a cake to celebrate Marriage anniversary of my parents on 17th-Nov-2016. But these fool people send the cake writing HAPPY BIRTHDAY on it.

All the guest was present there, I feel very embarrassing when My parents opened the cake to celebrate. Everyone was laughing.

I told to the company, they told me, to file a complaint on their website.

This is probably the worst company. I paid 1800 online for gifting a red roses to my fiance in hyderabad. They took extra 300 rs for midnight delivery which they did not even after following up many times. They did not even bother to send flowers next day morning. After so many hot talks and complaints they just did not care. I could not believe if there is a company like this even exist in India. Their CEO denied even talking. Total fraud...
