I order a cake to celebrate Marriage anniversary of my parents on 17th-Nov-2016. But these fool people send the cake writing HAPPY BIRTHDAY on it.

All the guest was present there, I feel very embarrassing when My parents opened the cake to celebrate. Everyone was laughing.

I told to the company, they told me, to file a complaint on their website.

also mailed them as below:
Thanks a lot to sending the cake.

Have you checked the cake before the sending,
The occasion is marriage anniversary, and you fools are sending the HAPPY BIRTHDAY.

What can I do? Can I told to my parents that "Sorry for inconvenience, Please Celebrate your Anniversary tomorrow. And told the guests to come again tomorrow."

What the rubbish is this?

Either send my cake today itself, or return my money also compensation.

Either I will come to your office and will take out the money from you.
Also I will report on the Consumer Forum. and will Post very bad and poor services against you.

The service is very poor, also the cake is very costly. as the price of the cake was Rs. 750, i can purchase the same cake in Rs. 400 from the same shop, by which the deliver me the cake.

Please do not go with the website.
Do not order anything from them.
