On 8th May (Mother's Day), 2016, around 6 am ist, I have ordered for a bouquet, with same day delivery tag, in www.floweraura.com. The site promised me that the bouquet will be delivered on the same day. My order number was 581477. I was continuously following them up for prompt delivery, as I have planned a surprise gift for my mom. I made live chat twice on thir website, their customer service executives were not so responsible. I ringed up their customer service contact number 7 times, the same day, out of which not even a single call was answered. I have written a mail too, which was not responded. I wrote a mail again on 9th of May, 2016 and I got a reply that the issue will be analysed. After sometime, they wrote back to me saying that the order has been delivered on 9th May (which itself is absurd), but nothing has been delivered to the address I have mentioned. When I have asked for proof of delivery, they stopped responding again. They ruined my whole Sunday, spoiled my plan and I was totaly fed up following them up for a bouquet.
Similar incident happend on 19th Jan, 2016, where the bouquet delivered was in a very bad condition. I wrote back to them, they requested apology and replaced with a good one. It has become a regular practice for them.
I need an apology letter and a compensation immediately
