1. Order no. 7358649 Preserved Flower Hues Tabletop. Item delivered on 28/08/2023 is different from what is there in website description. I wrote several mails, msgs, and even registered complaint over call to customer care. No response and no resolution even after 3 days. Now they tell me to give 150 cash points. If I order an item in their website, they should deliver the item as per that image. I want my full refund. They can take back the item

2. Order no. 7354680 Flavorful Rose Adorned cake. The cake delivered on 30/08/2023 is different from the website description. I want full refund.

I have ordered 2 items. Order no. 7358649 Preserved Flower Hues Tabletop. Order no.7354680 Flavorful Rose Adorned cake. Both for gifting purpose on birthday of my husband and mother in law. The items delivered are so different from the website description. I wrote mails, called customer care and Whatsapp msg service, but no resolution. FlowerAura is not giving any resolution. For the tabletop for which I paid 1330, they want to give me 150 cash points. What kind of resolution is this ? I pay for the item and I get a different item. It is a way to cheat customers. I have shared images of the delivered items, but FlowerAura is just quiet. I want full refund. They can take back the item delivered.

Had ordered cakes and flowers for my nephews birthday. Time slot for delivery was 3:00 PM- 6:00 PM. When order didn’t reach on time. I tried to contact them on phone. It doesn’t ring at all. Children were waiting to cut cake so i decided to buy from local shop. Customer care refused to cancel order and told me to wait 1 hour. Very unreliable and very bad customer service. After a lot of chat in WhatsApp customer care said delivery was delayed due to rains. I send a picture showing no rains since last one hour. Also they asked porter to deliver the cake at 6:15 PM but we’re lying that it was on way. All evidence is in below pictures of WhatsApp conversation. Till 7:20 PM product not delivered

I have made an order on rakhi (Aug 2021) this year but still few items are still not delivered. It’s been 2 months. Whenever i send them email to get the missing items delivered they just send the apology email and say that the items will be delivered between 3-4 days. Nothing has been done to improve the service. This is so frustrating. Worst customer service i have seen.

As discussed and confirmed by your customer service executive few minutes ago, please note that my gift was delivered one day prior without senders name and message note.

The delivery boy was unable to even tell senders name even when the recipient has requested.

What is the use of sending a gift without the name of the sender???

This is the worst service I have ever got.

I expect you to deliver my gift on time with proper message and details.

I order lady charmers online from the floweraura.com on 10th dec 2019. I already paid money and they told me it's going to be deliver on 13 dec 2019 positively between 12-15 pm. But even till now 7 pm. They didn't deliver.
They are just doing time pass from last 3 days by taking advance money.
They are harassing me mentally and monetary. I called number of times for delivery but they are taking 30 mins more, 1 hr more so on. But didn't delivered the product yet by taking money.

I have ordered on 22nd of october from there people, and order had to get deliver on 24th, which is today. They are linked with Blue Dart.

I am trying Blue Dart CUSTOMER CARE since morning, nobody is responding. They mentioned that my HDFC office is not traceable, ###, i have mentioned my addres, my landline number, my mobile number, and nobody called me from blue Dart side.

I placed an order-2954349 on 14.2.19 for same day delivery in meerut.i also paid 50 rs extra for on time delivery which they promised to be delivered by 21:00 hrs.the delivery boy called me at 6 pm to confirm the address and said currently m in shastri nagar i thought he vl arrive by 7 pm but it is not delivered yet.I m calling delivery boy's number [protected] but he is not answering my call neither the customer care service of flower aura is responding.kindly help me to complaint against them.

Worst, pathetic, unprofessional service

Order no. 2399362 i had ordered for two rakhi's and one combo pack (Rakhi with cake) via express delivery but they didn't deliver the single rakhi till now. Actually they did wrong delivery cause along with cake my brother got one paper with some massage written on that which i never asked them.

My first order with floweraura with one of the worst experience. Never ever order thorugh them. They will spoil your day. After paying the money we have to follow behind them for delivery. They never deliver on time and the customer service is pathetic. Those guys don't know and blindly answering that rakhi's are delivered with cake and later they are sending me mail with coupon code for the amount of rakhi's to reorder. When i ask them refund they said they can't provide. Also the cake which was received was the other one with no wishes writtern over it. So unprofessional.

Ordered a cake and 10+10 mixed roses bunch. All they delivered was a mashed up cake that was a mess and bunch of worn-out, broken 9 dieing pinkish roses. Charged extra money for doubling the flowers but failed to deliver even half of them. Refused to refund after several email chases. Cheaters. No ethics. No business morals or anything. Never going to visit their page, ever. Hope they get punished for such poor service strategies

The site Flowersaura.com has made false promises of delivering the order 988235 on 14th but the order has not been delivered.
And when I tried to contact customer care they blatantly ignored and when I confronted they lied of delivering the order on the next day but still the order has not been delivered.. And even when I tried to contact through my friends cell then the customer care responded but at the same time when I was asking none of them replied.

Kindly look into it.

Ordered a superb looking arrangement of Orchids. Looking at its design, I half expected them to goo[censored]p, but they decided to send me an altogether different product, a bunch of orchids whose count is definitely not 90. Terribly disappointed. Don't purchase from here. Instead try and buy from sites like flaberry.com, who offer genuinely rated products in a decent time.

On 8th May (Mother's Day), 2016, around 6 am ist, I have ordered for a bouquet, with same day delivery tag, in www.floweraura.com. The site promised me that the bouquet will be delivered on the same day. My order number was 581477. I was continuously following them up for prompt delivery, as I have planned a surprise gift for my mom. I made live chat twice on thir website, their customer service executives were not so responsible. I ringed up their customer service contact number 7 times, the same day, out of which not even a single call was answered. I have written a mail too, which was not responded. I wrote a mail again on 9th of May, 2016 and I got a reply that the issue will be analysed. After sometime, they wrote back to me saying that the order has been delivered on 9th May (which itself is absurd), but nothing has been delivered to the address I have mentioned. When I have asked for proof of delivery, they stopped responding again. They ruined my whole Sunday, spoiled my plan and I was totaly fed up following them up for a bouquet.

Similar incident happend on 19th Jan, 2016, where the bouquet delivered was in a very bad condition. I wrote back to them, they requested apology and replaced with a good one. It has become a regular practice for them.

I need an apology letter and a compensation immediately

I was booked a birthday cake combo pack for delivery on 01Jan 2016 which the time bound at 4 PM. Niether the gift reached in time nor any reply from the company till 5.30PM. I had made a call to the customer care. But they told the gift will be received in after hour. Totally the services are too worst.

I had ordered a bunch of flowers for rs 499 and when the order came, I was surprised to see that it was hugely different from the one that I had ordered.Infact it was one of those bunch of roses that anyone can find on the roadside at rs 50.I have attached photos of the two .Hugely disappointed. Never order from this site even.during emergency.

We ordered (order #39948) from floweraura. They charged extra 350 INR for mid night delivery. Charges were done through card. Gift was never delivered. On top of this, they are never picking phone or replying to email address. This is a total fraud.

On searching them over internet and seeing their facebook page, I was shattered to see how they are still running business with all these complaints.

Please help me. I am ready to share all the details in hope of floweraura to get back to me.

No Proper Services, I ordered a gift for my uncle 25th wedding Anniversary, and I have called to confirmed my order, they told that my order is confirmed and they will delivered in 3 hours when I called them after 3 hours they told they will delivered in 2 hours but end of day they told that they are they can’t able to delivered it on that day.. is this commitment they made ? Worst services !! Don’t go for Flowera.com they are cheat
