I placed an order-2954349 on 14.2.19 for same day delivery in meerut.i also paid 50 rs extra for on time delivery which they promised to be delivered by 21:00 hrs.the delivery boy called me at 6 pm to confirm the address and said currently m in shastri nagar i thought he vl arrive by 7 pm but it is not delivered yet.I m calling delivery boy's number [protected] but he is not answering my call neither the customer care service of flower aura is responding.kindly help me to complaint against them.

Updated by Sohini Singh I recieved the order no -2954349 on 14/2/19 by 12 o'clock beyond the time slot given to me.
When we checked the product the actual cost of chocolates is 165/- rs which floweraura sold me for 749/-rs more than the MRP.i raised a complaint regarding selling product more than its MRP to flower aura by email on 15/2/19 as their customer support told me and they promised to respond me within 24 hours and till today no response.
