We ordered a Lenovo k3 note mobile on fonemart.in on EMI without credit card on 28th feb, 2016. we received a watch along with application(APP NO: 2802FMT6235). we paid Rs.1500/- as processing fees. still we are not received the mobile phone. And we informed more than 5 times in fonemart website but there is no responds.And we also called more than 10 times but no answer. we just want to know our order status please kindly take immediate action.

My self, Plabon Phukan from Guwahati, Assam. I had ordered an iPhone 5S (16gb) on 06.06.2016 by paying an amount on Rs 3300. I had also provided the required documents for the same. but till date there has been no delivery made. The customer care service is very inefficient and leaves back with comments like "your phone will be delivered within 48 hours", which in reality has never come. A mobile number belonging to one of the executive's ([protected]) contacted me before paying the amount and now suddenly turns a deaf ear to my regularly made requests.
I want the amount (i.e. Rs 3300) back with immediate affect as I don't believe that site is effective enough to make the delivery.
Also a reminder to whosoever is handling this page, that if within the next 24 hours of lodging this complaint, no one turns out with any response, a police complaint will be lodged (as I know the address of the firm) and especially on the person who bares the mobile number.

मी एकदा फोनमार्ट कंपनीकडून सॅमसंग j७ मोबाईल ऑर्डर केला होता पण अजून मला मोबाईल मिळाला नाही. मी १५०० रु. भरले तेव्हा मला एक घड्याळ कंपनीकडून देण्यात आला. पण मी जो मोबाईल मागितला होता तो न देता मला एक घड्याळ देण्यात आला. मी जेव्हा फोनमार्ट कंपनीला कॉल करायचो तेव्हा मला फक्त बोलायचे कि तुमचा मोबाईल २ दिवसात येईल. मी खूप वेळा कॉल केला पण मला हेच उत्तर देण्यात आले.
माझ्याकडून सगळे माझे कागदपत्र पडताळणी झाल्यानंतर १३.०४.२०१६ रोजी ला मला कळवण्यात येत होते कि तुमचे सगळे कागदपत्र पडताळणीनंतर मंजूर झाला आहे. तुम्ह्लाल आमचे एक्सएकटीव्ह संपर्क करतील आणि पुढील माहिती देतील. मला असे सादर कंपनीकडून कळविले होते. नंतर मला ९५९९३९४६६७ या नंबर वरून संप्रर्क करण्यात आला व दिल्ली येथील स्मार्ट इन्फोटेक यांच्या ११३५०५५००४९९ या ICICI बँकेच्या नवी दिल्ली येतील यमुना विहार येथील शाखेमध्ये पहिला मासिक भरणा हफ्ता पाठविण्यास सांगितला त्या प्रमाणे मी RTGS पद्धतीने रुपये १२०८ रु. भरणा करण्यात आला. म्हणजेच माझे ऐकून रुपये २७०८ रु. त्या कंपनीकडे जमा झाले व मला तुमची ऑर्डर रद्ध झाली असे कळविण्यात आले व तुमचे पैसे तुमच्या अकाउंटला जमा होतील असे कळविण्यात आले. अद्याप पर्यंत मला माझे पैसे मिळाले नाहीत व आता फोनमार्ट या साईटचा कॉल पण लागत नाही. हि कंपनी फेक आहे. असे यावरून मला वाटतेय.
