My self iqbal i book my mobile phone on fonoholic site on installment as per the their representative mr abhishek gupta his no. [protected]. given me icici bank account no.[protected] and ifsc code icic0000816 rs 2291/- but at the time of delivery they call me to pay rs 2000/- as a shipping charges.
But still i am awaiting for my mobile though mr abhishek gupta is told to me i will provide it upto 7 pm on dtd 28/7/2016. now he is not pick up the phone and not reply properly. when we call to him he will hold my call.

I was booked that samsung galaxyon7 through fonoholic.com, as they commited to delivered the mobile within 24 hours, before they give me that icici bank a/c details, to deposit cash against first emi & processing charges (Amount 2375/-) icici bank a/c no[protected] dt 12/07/2016
I was already deposit that cash 6 days ago, but still not received my product,
After calling them several times they not giving me delivery details, even though i was called the customer care no. But no one was picking up the phone,
At last i was realised that i was cheated by this fonoholic company,
And i was lost my money,
O pls take...

I was already deposit that cash 1 week ago, but still not received my product,
After calling them several times they not giving me delivery details, even though i was called the customer care no. But...

We had gone through this website www.fonoholic.com. they are providing the mobiles, laptop, desktop, camera in a monthly emi scheme. we had checked the website and applied for samsung j7 new version phone with 12 month emi @ rs 1290 per month. after submitting the details. they had called us on from following number's

[protected], [protected] and asked to pay the amount of rs 2800/- (rs 1500/- processing fee, and rs 1290/- for emi then they will deliver the phone. we had done the payment on last monday i. e (27/06/2016). they told that phone will be delivered by tuesday. when we called them they are not picking up the our call. we had paid rs 2790 the account provide by them. the payment details are in the attachment.

The details they provide the account number in the name of smart infotech, icici bank a/c no-.[protected] of yamuna nagar branch, delhi. payment done from icici bank, nerul branch, cash deposit

Sir, they are cheating lot of customers like us, if 10 people depositing rs 2700 each then there income is 2700*10= rs 27000/- in a day. if you calculate the amount in a month then it comes around rs 27000*30= rs 810000/- per month.

It is kind request kindly look into the matter on urgent basis before it is too late. below mentioned the website pics - www.fonoholic.com. waiting for you positive response

My self, suryakant jha phukan from delhi i had ordered an iphone 6s+ (64gb) on 15.06.2016 by paying an amount on rs 7225. I had also provided the required documents for the same. But till date there has been no delivery made. The customer care service is very inefficient and leaves back with comments like "your phone will be delivered within 48 hours", which in reality has never come. A mobile number belonging to one of the executive's ([protected]) contacted me before paying the amount and now suddenly turns a deaf ear to my regularly made requests.
I want the amount (I. E. Rs 7225) back with immediate affect as i don't believe that site is effective enough to make the delivery.
Also a reminder to whosoever is handling this page, that if within the next 24 hours of lodging this complaint, no one turns out with any response, a police complaint will be lodged (As i know the address of the firm) and especially on the person who bares the mobile number.
