maine fonoholic par pura biswaas kiya but ye company biswaas ke layek nahi..maile fonoholic me contect karne ki bohot kosis ki but nahi huwa...maine abhi tak application charge..delivery charge aur credit security charge sab jodke mujhse Rs.4, 000 liya...ye amount maine smart infotech ke naam pe diposet ki but mera product abhi tak nahi mila...na koi mail na koi massage mili...aur fonoholic customer care me bhi call connect nahi ho raha..aur jisne mujhe ye amount liya uska kehna hai[protected] is number pe contect gariye but ye number support bhi nahi kar raha...so mujhe mera amount refund chahiye ya mera product mujhe chahiye...warna mujhe majhburan ye wedside ke khilaaf police me kes darj karani padegi...maine jis account me money transfer ki wo ye hai:

fonohic compony se mujhe call aya tha ki apaka 1st installment apko band me deposite karana padega to mene sbi bank me wo deposite kiya.unhone mujhe acct nom or acct name sent kiya i have all redy paid 1st instalment 3166 in bank .
abhi wo fonoholic wale call nahi utha rahe he.

HI i received the mail saying that my application has been processed and they want me to pay 1500 rs as cod charges.i asked the details and tracked in google there was the list of the complaints about this company where it is cheating the individuals for money. When i called the customer care they said that the call will be transferred to their senior.they dont even have the information about this and disconnected the call wantedly.

If these companies exists why cant criminal act filed against them. Govt. is not enough to hold these companies and put them behind the bars???

Wake up guys do not trust these type of companies!!!

My self, S.Arun newton from kanyakumarii i had ordered an samsung galaxy j2 on 30.07.2016 by paying an amount on rs 4000. I had also provided the required documents for the same. But till date there has been no delivery made. The customer care service is very inefficient and leaves back with comments like "your phone will be delivered within 48 hours", which in reality has never come. A mobile number belonging to one of the executive's (MR.Nandan Kapur -[protected]) contacted me before paying the amount and now suddenly turns a deaf ear to my regularly made requests.
I want the amount (I. E. Rs 4000/-) back with immediate affect as i don't believe that site is effective enough to make the delivery.

This is my 6TH complaint there is no repose. then why should have this page (this is also type of cheat the people)

I applied on FONOHOLIC website (application number; 1208FNH9587) for a mobile phone iphone 5 on EMI on 12th August 2016. I received a call on 13th August 2016 from an employee of FONOHOLIC Mr Pawan (mobile number; [protected]) who asked me to deposit Rs3000 in their company name of Smart Infotech, account number; [protected] with IFSC Code; SBIN0001266, held in Stata Bank of India. I deposited Rs3000 on 16th August 2016 (see attached).
After that on the same day Mr Arjun Kumar of the above company called me from a mobile number [protected] to confirm that they have received Rs3000 and I shall receive the phone with in 48 hours.
On 22nd August 2016 I received a call from a mobile number [protected] claiming to be from a courier company, who asked me to deposit Rs 1000 before they deliver the mobile phone. So I deposited Rs 1000 in the same account (details as above) on 24th August 2016 (see attached). After depositing Rs1000 I called Fonoholic to confirm on the mobile number [protected] (given to me by the courier). I spoke to Mr Aditya Kapoor who told me that I will receive the phone in 48 hours.
when no phone arrived after two days I called Fonoholic several times but they kept telling me I will receive the mobile phone phone soon. Then on 4th September 2016 I was told by Fonoholic employee Mr Aziz Khan that your order is cancelled. please send your account details so that we can pay you back. I sent the email (see attached) confirming my bank details but no money has been paid in my bank account and now they hardly pick up the phone.
I beleive Fonoholic has fraudulently taken the money and have no intention of paying me back. please help.

I was booked that j7 samsung through fonoholic.com, as they commited to delivered the mobile within 3 days, before they give me that icici bank a/c details, to deposit cash against first emi & processing charges (Amount 2790/-+2000/-)
I was already deposit that cash 1 week ago, but still not received my product,
After calling them several times they not giving me delivery details, even though i was called the customer care no. But no one was picking up the phone,
At last i was realised that i was cheated by this fonoholic company,
And i was lost my money,
O pls take...

My self chiranjib i book my mobile phone on fonoholic site on installment as per the their representative mr abhishek gupta his no. [protected]. given me icici bank account no.[protected] and ifsc code icic0000816 rs 2624/- but at the time of delivery they call me to pay rs 1500/- as a shipping charges.
But still i am awaiting for my mobile though mr abhishek gupta is told to me i will provide it upto 7 pm on dtd 20/7/2016. now he is not pick up the phone and not reply properly. when we call to him he will hold my call.also customer care daily told me to refund my money but no refund is there.

I have ordered gionee s5.5... They said 1500 has to pay for confirmation of address... After paying they said with 10 days our fonoholic. Service will call u foh confirmation... Then they called oneday & said 1000 rs has to pay on smartinfotech bank username... After i transfered... No one called me as before... They used to lag, somany times i used to call the person who called me to transfer amount... He used to say ur delivery is confirmed and within 48 hours u will get ur mobile... Untill now no delivery... I take this seriously, and i want fonoholic.com to react immediately or else... I will complain about this... My ordered with phone no = [protected]... Uske bd maine bola mera amount refund kardo sir aaj 15 days ho gya lekin koi response nhi de rha hai plz help me

I had booked a hand set (Gionee s6) with the company fonoholic & sent then the advance amount in full. After receiving the money, they have been dilly dallying the dispatch of the hand - set.
I requested them to send back the money to me if they can't send the hand set but they have not bothered. So, if it dose not come within a few days (Money). I want to start proceeding against the said company as they have caused me a lot of grief & loss

My name is meesala sundeep raj, just i gone through this site & i saw iphone 5s & i applied loan for this product, after two days i got a call from a lady that ur application was conforimed & our executive will call u for further details. on wednesday ( 03/08/2016) one person called & said tranfer 3250 amount to smart infotech account for first emi & additional charges & i transferd the amount with netbanking imps. next day one lady called me and told that u have to pay 2500 for shipping charges, i transferd the amount for the same account . till now the product was not delivered. please read this & do some needed help please.
