Food panda these days accept orders and they cancel after the money get debited from your account. They would never initiate refund and quote technical issues. I was cheated rs. 399. How do we tackle this? Please on how can we escalate this further. There's no valid number to call the customer service. I just wonder how a firm can this exist. This sounds like a scam as i have come across many many such incidents recently. This is so frustrating and apps/ websites like this should be banned as they lure customers easily.

    I have place order in food 16th step 2018 via paytm unfortunately my order was failed but my amount debited, i got. Mail response from food panda your refunded amount will credited with in 48 hours, no response and contacted customer support they always replied custom template replies no use, and mail 4 times no response

      Yesterday i had placed order with hotel rasoi in aundh pune

      I had placed order at 7:14 pm but didn’t get delivery and at 8:45 pm got call from delivery boy asking that he can’t deliver due to rain and share pin no. He will initiate refund and if it doesn’t work he will refund himself

      In the end no food delivered or no refund happened

      Also learnt how customer are being cheated by delivery boys in name of food panda

        Payu money reference id: [protected] ordered from foodpanda on 6th october. Order amount was rs91.42. Payment was done through google pay, but order got cancelled saying that they didn't receive money. Upon contacting foodpanda support i was able to raise refund request and got mail from payu money that my refund is processed and i have to wait for 7 days. After 7 days, i didn't got any money so i contacted foodpanda support again and they just said that refund was never processed. On sharing screenshot, chat support started saying refund is already credited. At this point i think they are just trying to throw me off and don't want to return my money.

        I was ordering again Right now, and it says they have banned my account. It's my worst experience ever.

        • PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
        • Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
        • Transaction date along with the amount.
        • Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
        • First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
        • UPI / VPA if any used

          Order:x9ie-5v9a was placed on 18-sep-2018. The food got cancelled by the restaurant and hence food panda too cancelled the order and processed refund. But till today 18-oct the amount has still not come to my paytm wallet. When reached application chat support they ask me to wait for 8-10 days more. As if they are willing to pay interest for delay. These people just play with our money in there account

            Two times I ordered from. Food panda da but the restaurant denied the order and I lost 100 Rs. It's been one an half months but no response to my emails nor received back the amount. I have followed up with email but no luck. The app doesn't have an option to call any customer care. Firat amount is deducted, then I'd restaurant doesn't accept, we lose all the money. Per day one customer of they cheat like this, they can still make profit.

              My account has been blocked without any reason and i'm not able to apply any vouchers or coupons how is it possibleand is this the way u react to a customer for providing ur food service and as i have opened my account and im applying the voucher or coupon i'm not able to apply it as it is showing ur account has been blocked and i'm in the inconvenience to use it now

                Its been 18 days, money still not refunded in my account
                I have contacted many time, everytime they just ask my order no and ask me to wait for one more week.

                  I ordered from foodpanda on 7th oct, 18 and paid online via paytm. After they received the order it got auto-cancelled immediately stating that restaurant wasn't servicable. I connected their service/ customer executive who stated that within 7-10 working days i'll get the refund.

                  It's been 10days now. Still haven't received the refund. I am afraid that i might never get the refund back as i am going through all the posts in social platforms against foodpanda, that foodpanda has been cheating on their customers like this for so long and they don't refund.

                  And their chat customer support don't help much. All they do is to copy and paste the same pacifying lines to us without even checking the order status from the system they just blindly say "you'll get the refund within 7-10 days". On the 10th day after placing the order still they said the same lines to me "you'll get the refund within 7-10 days"

                  Kindly check that matter, i want the refund back and once i receive that i'll uninstall that app and will never order from foodpanda again. I'll tell my friends and relatives the same.

                    Yesterday (16th oct 2018) at 9 o clock me and my friend ordered food on food panda. Payment was done and we were waiting for the confirmation from the hotel. But after an hour still status was "waiting for hotel confirmation" so we canceled that order and reorder from another restaurant. But again till 1-hour same issue happened.

                    Finally, we canceled that also, uninstalled food panda app and went out to have dinner.

                      From last 10 days you disappointed me, at least you cancel my 6 orders that is fine but after that you said you money will be transfer in 7 days or 10 working days, as i am waiting from last 15 days i didn't get my money... So please refund my money as soon as possible,, if you can't fulfill my words then i will take an action regarding my refund and i have the proof also...

                        My money got deducted it almost 17 days, not yet refunded. I send so many emails to foodpanda after so many days they replied my money got debited in my account, afterwards i send my bank statement, but foods panda people are repeating same thing they debited my money but i said i could not receive my money, so they replied their is fault in my bank account. I request the indian government to please do some thing and refund my money and close this fraud companies in india their are so many people are losing their money, and foodpanda people are taking advantage of innocent common people.

                          -i called the restaurant after an hour and foodpanda people didnt went there
                          -will complain on all social groups. I. E. Twitter,, facebook.
                          -its worst app and foodpanda is not replying

                          Need to promote to all groups that dont order food from foodpanda.

                            I had placed an order on 19th september. My order number was n5gj-2gwj, t7ga-9s6b. I still haven't received the refunds. I had mailed them several times and i got standard response of 7-10 working days and always mentioning they had a technical issue at their end. Till date i haven't received any refunds.

                            I noticed in this chain that many people are facing this issue. It will be really good if they can be notified and told what they are doing.

                                  Are you working for customer satisfaction or any other aims for you. I have ordered my food 2hrs before. Nobody is yet delivered the food to me.
                                  No delivery boy is pick-up the product yet.# off your delivery. At night 12am i didn't need my food. You can eat your father at night. If you are not able to deliver the food close your food panda application and go for some other works. Compare to swiggy, zomotto the food panda is very bad. My friend already told me don't order any food at foodpanda. My friend is already cheated by food panda.

                                    Respect sir/mam this is sandeep varma i have already raised a complaint against this till now i have not received any response from your side and the complaint is about the food delivery delay and due to that i have faced health problem and not only that even the order has been cancelled and till now they have not refunded the amount and its been more than one month and as per the food panda company rules they have to return the amount with in three days and the main thing is that because of that thing which was repeated for two times i have faced health problems

                                      This is the first time i have order on food panda. The first order has been cancelled by restaurant after doing the payment and when i tried it again, i order briyani i got the confirmation i did online payment which has been confirmed as well but after few minutes when i checked my order it is showing that payment is not confirm yet and my order has been canceled again and i haven't received any msg or refunding amount. Such a pathetic service and i need my money back.

                                      I have ordered my food at 7.32pm this evening[protected] now it's 9.00pm still live status saying that chef is at work, what kind of restrarunt takes this much time for one order, still I didn't receive my order.
                                      My order was cancelled but I have not got my money back. Please refund me.
                                      I'm a new Food Panda user and I am not being able to use any coupons. A message stating, "Sorry, you do not have any coupon." is displayed every time I enter a code. This is very annoying. I tried Zomato and it worked fine for me. Please fix this issue or I'll have to uninstall this app as it is not being useful at all.

                                        Order no s7gi-r300 ordered on 20 th sept rs. 196/- the order was cancelled by the foodpanda till now refund amount not received it's almost one month. How worse you people and support as well food panda support promised me that i will get refund within 24 hrs as i paid through paytm wallet still there is no refund. This totally worse and bad. This too responsible and too worse customer service and i felt its worse being customer of foodpanda, where is my refund, how many times i need to contact the support option from foodpanda app, as i m seems to be a beggar. How many times i need ask refund for the cancelled order no s7gi-r300 ordered on 20 th sept. Its completely time waste for me its one month from the order placement, promised time for the refund process wallet 24 to 48 hours, count number of hours reached for this order, attached the two attachment paytm statement as well transaction details till date
