Today (13 oct 2018), i have ordered karai paneer from apni rasoi sector 3 rohini via food panda app. My order number is #s1lc–0pmc.

It's more than 2 hours passed but order is not delivered. Try to communicate with apni rasoi and get response "talk to food panda".

Tried to contact with food panda but getting no response from there side.

Nor my payment has been refunded and nor product has been delivered.

I ordered food from food panda on 18 september 2018 at 9:38pm. Order no. M1hb-8jcr and paid via paytm wallet. My money was deducted and the order was placed but they cancelled my order and the reason they gave is that the delivery is not avalaible at that time.in food panda app its clearly mentioned that if you paid through wallet you will get money back in 4 hrs or if you paid through any other method you will get your money back in maximum 7 to 10 working days. I complaint many times but they always give me only excuses. They send me confirmation mail on 19 sep that ill give my money back in next 7 to 10 working days. Its a clear case of online fraud.
I kindly request you to please take some strict action against food panda.

I placed an order with food panda on 19th sep 2018 and the order cancelled by them and they never refunded me the money. Food panda support has been harssing me since then. Its been almost a month now and they are not replying to emails or to any support from them. I have shared my paytm statement with them as no refund received. Still no help. Moreover i was promised cashback coupon of rs.50. Not received any such things.

On 25th sep i ordered on foodpanda and it's been 20 days and i still did not get my refund as my order got cancelled and in the app it says that i will get my money back in between three to four days well i contact them they told me it will take 7 to 10 days and when i had a talk with them last time they told me it will take another few days and it's been 20 days which means it has exceeded all the amount of time that they have asked me to give them to refund my money and whenever i ask them about my refund that tell me it will take few more days or we are working on it and that too after waiting like 20-25 minutes and then don't even take care of their customers as the customer service help desk are least bothered about what the customer has to say. The order was cancelled from the restaurant side. How many days do i have to wait my osn money. Totally irresponsible and unprofessional way of dealing with the customers.

Their contact numbers does not work. A total fake company and modern theft is going on

I ordered on 29th september. After 1.5hrs the driver called me to convey that the food can't be delivered as he is in some other area. The order was neither getting cancelled and it's been more than 10days that my money has not been refunded yet.

Hi all,
I have been trying to reach some one from food panda to help refund my money. But no one has agreed to help. They do not have a proper customer service department. No one responds back properly and timely on their online chat portal. People respond back in emails with a same cut copy paste message. I have all the chat proofs and emails, that show that food panda is actually running a scam and duping customer of their money.

They provided me with a reference no. : 8534150, stating that this can be checked with my bank/paytm wallert.. But this too turned out to be incorrect and forged. They are scammers..
Another person gave me a reference of : 7260105. This too was false. I need this to be raised and want to make sure, foodpanda stops this scamming and robbery. I have all the proof needed.

I am really disappointed to see that the very first purchase from food panda proves to be a nightmare for me. I have been kept waiting for my order for 60 minutes just to know that the same has been cancelled by foodpanda on 23rd sep2018 and adding fuel to the fire, i have not received my amount back rs 719 even after 10 working days as food panda has mentioned.

Hi team, my order id-m9xf-slcr, i ordered food at 3.10 using food panda app n there promotional code, i waited for 50 mints, rider was not appointed, i had a chat wit cs, she said the restaurant was delaying the food, aftr 1 hr i received call from restaurant saying your food is waiting to be delivrd for more 1hr, again i had a chat with cs, the solution they gave was cancelling my food order, i was unable to have my food at the rite time, i didnt eat my lunch because of food panda, what is the resolution you guys are going to give.

I placed an order 8;43pm on 11th of october2018 payed via paytm, the after process was all right, till the restaurant confirmed it, but it was an hour and no proceedings were done, i called up the restaurant they said they have dispatched the order 40 mins before which means the order should reached till then, but it didnt. I managed too the riders mobile number, i kept on calling him for more than 50-60 times. He rejected my calls continuously. It is 11;57 i still have not my food, neither did the rider picked up the call or called back. I have no idea when will it be coming. The app has an amazing nuisance of not even having technique to cancel, i tried reaching out their support which offcourse didnt work. I also mailed the to the email id from which the confirmation was sent. There is nothing from their part.

No proper response by the concern, and the hotels are worst which they provide delivery food was spoilt and was stinky which made me health upset and the worst service ever, the customer care number is switch off and chat support is not working at all. They haven't responded regarding my topic in the mail. The worst app never seen very bad response

The company has an offer and i ordered an item for rs. 19. The delivery guy was not moving from his place so i started chat support. On further talk when they were not resolving the issue and just writing useless things, i stated that i will complain about it to your superiors. The chat got deleted itself and they started a new chat on same food item which i feel is stealing of my private chat from my private phone's app. This is not allowed. It's not about money but how they treat their customers. These are scams but nothing.

I got deducted amount for 2 orders and they said refund will be credited in 3-4 days but it almost 12 days no refund at all and i repoted that they were asking to send my bank account statements i sent them still no refund. They are not intiating my refund

First of all third class worst service of foodpanda. I am unable to order through foodpanda from past 2 months but no one helped me after so many complaints also and i have complained atleast 50-60 times by sending mails and calling but as usual no response then i mailed them to deactivate my account at least but they said they will activate in 3 days but no help is provided and then they said within three weeks but then also they didn't till now. So please solve my problem.

On 26/09/2018 placed order in food panda with order id - w0bd-07h7 after the payment, order got cancelled from restaurant end. Got mail from food panda regarding refund initiation with in 7-10 business days. Still no refund has credited when discussed the same with live support team in food panda app they asked for bank statement. Why should i submit my bank statement? Why can't you solve the issue from your side?

My two orders cancelled, 1st it was on 25th september 2018-4.55pm, order id is wt2g-5cvi with transaction id c1809251655571970219669 and again on 8th october m1fb-bnlg at 12:55pm with transaction id it got cancelled c1810081256112268522863... Till date not recieved refund for order placed on 25th september 2018

Foodpanda has blocked my account without any reason. This is really unprofessional and they are not even replying to the mails. Really disappointed worst experience ever. I have mailed them multiple times but they don't even bother to reply or even acknowledge mails. Whenever i try to order something it gets added to the cart but when i try to pay for my order it shows 'sorry there is some problem with your account'. When i shared screenshot with foodpanda on mail i just received a mail that my account has been blacklisted for usage under wrong means. I mean what kind of reason is this then they send a link of terms and conditions. After that my mails have not been answered. Now i'm not able to order anything nor i'm able to apply any coupons or discount promotions. Really pathetic

The delivery boy issued to us from foodpanda named gaurav ([protected]) was lacking manners, he was very rude and insolent. He refuses to deliver the order at our apartment and said that "he is not coming to our home for delivery instead we have to go to him to receive. He was abusive. This was the first time we ordered from food panda and we it was our worst experience ever. Please take a look on this matter as soon as possible.

I made 3 orders through food panda app..2 deserts and one biriyani..they cancelled 2 desert orders after payment is completed..but I was waiting for biriyani more than an hour and finally I contacted food panda customer support and they said that they have to cancel that order as well.. So instead of ordering and eating food, I just made transaction for 3 items and going to wait for refund with hungry stomach.

I order an order online from food panda making the payment online. After some time i saw that the status of the order is marked as delivered, but i had not received the order. This order was made on 4th oct. I chat with the food panda on their mobile app. Everyone said after hearing the issue that we will be back. This happened with me around 6 times.
