I am really disappointed to see that the very first purchase from food panda proves to be a nightmare for me. I have been kept waiting for my order for 60 minutes just to know that the same has been cancelled by foodpanda on 23rd sep2018 and adding fuel to the fire, i have not received my amount back rs 719 even after 10 working days as food panda has mentioned.

Hi team, my order id-m9xf-slcr, i ordered food at 3.10 using food panda app n there promotional code, i waited for 50 mints, rider was not appointed, i had a chat wit cs, she said the restaurant was delaying the food, aftr 1 hr i received call from restaurant saying your food is waiting to be delivrd for more 1hr, again i had a chat with cs, the solution they gave was cancelling my food order, i was unable to have my food at the rite time, i didnt eat my lunch because of food panda, what is the resolution you guys are going to give.

I placed an order 8;43pm on 11th of october2018 payed via paytm, the after process was all right, till the restaurant confirmed it, but it was an hour and no proceedings were done, i called up the restaurant they said they have dispatched the order 40 mins before which means the order should reached till then, but it didnt. I managed too the riders mobile number, i kept on calling him for more than 50-60 times. He rejected my calls continuously. It is 11;57 i still have not my food, neither did the rider picked up the call or called back. I have no idea when will it be coming. The app has an amazing nuisance of not even having technique to cancel, i tried reaching out their support which offcourse didnt work. I also mailed the to the email id from which the confirmation was sent. There is nothing from their part.

No proper response by the concern, and the hotels are worst which they provide delivery food was spoilt and was stinky which made me health upset and the worst service ever, the customer care number is switch off and chat support is not working at all. They haven't responded regarding my topic in the mail. The worst app never seen very bad response

The company has an offer and i ordered an item for rs. 19. The delivery guy was not moving from his place so i started chat support. On further talk when they were not resolving the issue and just writing useless things, i stated that i will complain about it to your superiors. The chat got deleted itself and they started a new chat on same food item which i feel is stealing of my private chat from my private phone's app. This is not allowed. It's not about money but how they treat their customers. These are scams but nothing.

I got deducted amount for 2 orders and they said refund will be credited in 3-4 days but it almost 12 days no refund at all and i repoted that they were asking to send my bank account statements i sent them still no refund. They are not intiating my refund

First of all third class worst service of foodpanda. I am unable to order through foodpanda from past 2 months but no one helped me after so many complaints also and i have complained atleast 50-60 times by sending mails and calling but as usual no response then i mailed them to deactivate my account at least but they said they will activate in 3 days but no help is provided and then they said within three weeks but then also they didn't till now. So please solve my problem.

On 26/09/2018 placed order in food panda with order id - w0bd-07h7 after the payment, order got cancelled from restaurant end. Got mail from food panda regarding refund initiation with in 7-10 business days. Still no refund has credited when discussed the same with live support team in food panda app they asked for bank statement. Why should i submit my bank statement? Why can't you solve the issue from your side?

My two orders cancelled, 1st it was on 25th september 2018-4.55pm, order id is wt2g-5cvi with transaction id c1809251655571970219669 and again on 8th october m1fb-bnlg at 12:55pm with transaction id it got cancelled c1810081256112268522863... Till date not recieved refund for order placed on 25th september 2018

Foodpanda has blocked my account without any reason. This is really unprofessional and they are not even replying to the mails. Really disappointed worst experience ever. I have mailed them multiple times but they don't even bother to reply or even acknowledge mails. Whenever i try to order something it gets added to the cart but when i try to pay for my order it shows 'sorry there is some problem with your account'. When i shared screenshot...

The delivery boy issued to us from foodpanda named gaurav ([protected]) was lacking manners, he was very rude and insolent. He refuses to deliver the order at our apartment and said that "he is not coming to our home for delivery instead we have to go to him to receive. He was abusive. This was the first time we ordered from food panda and we it was our worst experience ever. Please take a look on this matter as soon as possible.

Good afternoon i ordered from foodpqnda on september 18 2018, but my order was
Declined by the restaurant. When i asked about refund i got an response from foodpanda that it will take time 7 to 10 days to process. But when i contacted again after 10 days i am still getting the same response. Even after 25 days iam getting the same response from foodpanda, their response is not even good they just telling the same story of sorry for...

I made 3 orders through food panda app..2 deserts and one biriyani..they cancelled 2 desert orders after payment is completed..but I was waiting for biriyani more than an hour and finally I contacted food panda customer support and they said that they have to cancel that order as well.. So instead of ordering and eating food, I just made transaction for 3 items and going to wait for refund with hungry stomach.

I order an order online from food panda making the payment online. After some time i saw that the status of the order is marked as delivered, but i had not received the order. This order was made on 4th oct. I chat with the food panda on their mobile app. Everyone said after hearing the issue that we will be back. This happened with me around 6 times.

I have made order on 23.09.2018 order no. X0kv-guus. Order was pending for almost more then 1.30 hrs. After that i have cancelled my order. They mailed me on 25.09.2018 at 12.02 am. That they will credit refund amount in 7 to 10 working day. But still i have not recived my refund amount. I have mailed twice but no response from there side.

I had placed an order on sept 10th. My order number was z5df-wefp. I still haven't received the refunds. I had mailed thrm several times and i got standard response of 7-10 working days. Then i shared my paytm wallet statements as proof several times. Then finally on sept 28th i got anotjer mail from [protected]@foodpanda.in mentioning they had a technical issue at their end. They re-initiated the refund on sept28th and asked to wwit for 7-10days. Again till date i haven't received any refunds. I shared my latest paytm statements again, but no response from the team.

I noticed in this chain that many people are facing this issue. It is high time we reach out to consumer courts and let them know of this cheating from foodpanda

I order veg. Paneer tikka biryani and received it within 45 mins. Packing was too bad like street food stall, and when i opened the container that bad smell of stale food has come out. It was pathetic. I was trying to call food panda since yesterday but not able to connect them. I put my reviews on my order but nobody care to reply me.
I'm going to take this to social media. And i'll try to lodge police complaint against food panda and singh's kitchen.

Two orders from 2 diffrent accounts
Foodpanda canceld my both orders from 2 diffrent accounts but payment is deducted and no refund status is shown by you guys.
I orderd from [protected] and [protected] and payed through phonepe. The money is deducted but both ordered were cancelled automatically and i was really frustrated no customer care number or any way to contact them is not available anywhere just email which they don’t reply to and now it has been 10 days

I order few items from one of the Chandigarh based food vendor (Miso Hungry) from Sector 34 Market. When i received the order, i noticed that the order was incomplete as one of the item ordered was missing. I tried to contact Food panda customer care thrice and explained my issue, they said that they can provide a refund of 50 rupee maximum as per the policy whereas the item price what I have paid was rs 90/-. This is completely unacceptable and draws under unfair practices. Moreover, my chat session was ended very un-obviously.

When I tried to contact the vendor, he argued with me that he has placed 2 ordered quantities of the order in the one box only. I have never seen such an order in which someone has packed 2 quantities in one box, whereas there has been the scenario where if I have ordered 1 full plate it has been packed in two boxes as the quantity is more.

This completely shows how small businesses are cheating customer just to cover the amount which has been marketed by Food Panda Pvt. Ltd.

I have placed two orders one yesterday and one today. The first one although arrived till my house, was sent back because the driver was not willing to climb up the stairs. Today I placed another order but the order was not confirmed. The refund of neither of my orders has been made. I request you to please look into the problem and refund the amount at the earliest.
