I am so frustrated with their service!!
I ordered food from near by restaurant, on food panda app with online payment with delivery charges included... When order was tracked it showed confirm and food getting ready. But even after one hour no delivery executive has been assigned.
The support people also not responding. Please take some actions against them.
They are frauding customer.

A delivery man calls me and says, he wont deliver my parcel as he needed extra tips (Money), apart from actual total amount.
So rude and rubbish delivery person.
I didn't get my food. And without getting my food it showed delivered and no refund.
As a customer very disappointed and i have reviewed in my you tube to abandon food panda app and the things i went through...
This is not acceptable and its really bad that delivery man calls and say he wont... Rubbish

I just received a confirmation message from foodpanda and after 10 minutes the app was showing order delivered status.

I was not having delivery boy's number, then i got restaurant no. (Baba banarasi) from google and speak with them, they help me to provide delivery boy's number.

Delivery boy's name: umesh
Number: [protected] (Which is switched off)

Then restaurant help me to provide his another no. [protected]

He said that "i am not using this app and i asked to the company to deactivate my account but they are not doing so.
Someone else is misusing my no."

I tried to chat with multiple person from support but they were just keep leaving the conversation.

I want refund.

Facing a lot of problems with food panda since last 5-6 times, ordering something else recieving a # kind of different item.
Today 01/10/2018 i delivered a milk shake and have not received the same but the status is showing as delivered.
I would like it to be delivered or else the refund to be initiated.
On chatting with customer care, no one is ready to respond after telling there names.

I have six to seven orders which got cancelled and unfulfilled by food panda but every time i had a payments which has gone through and even i have all the snapshots of the customer support which i very rude and no responsive

They dont have a contact number being in the service industry and the support chat is too irresposive to reply

Food panda is the worst app ever and people should not use it as they dont fulfil your order

I am so frustrated with this firm, as i order the food and it got ready at the restaurant within 20 mins and the delivery boy didn't answer the restaurant call and when i contacted the chat support of foodpanda their agent didn't answer my query rather kept on delaying it for almost 1 hour, i would also request the indians not to promote or order anything from this firm as they don't care about their customer at all

This is naveen. Some of my orders got canceled because of natural calamities (Heard from delivery boys) but i was told that i will get the refund within 7-10 days excluding holidays but its been morethan 15 days. However, i did not get any refund like that, i contacted foodpanda agents several times but no response. I am attaching order ids below for your reference please find them

Pathetic service. No contact details of the customer support available. Vague faqs answered in support section. There is no way you can track your order.
I ordered from a restaurant at 1:45m and till 3:30am it kept showing preparing without any update and finally my prepaid order never arrived without any update/notification.
Multiple times this has happened but there is no way we can contact either the restaurant or foodpanda to inquire about our order.
Also, they are cheats, the money refunded is also in the foodpanda wallet & not in my paytm wallet or account.

Im not able to use voucher codes at food panda. I contacted the customer support who informed me that they have black listed my nos due to some suspicious activity.
I hv requested various times to unblock my no but there is no response.
Im using food panda since last 3 years.

I request you to kindly get my nos unblocked so that i can use fp effectively

I had placed an order from dominos using food panda app on 15th september 2018 but the order was never delivered. The app is showing the status as delivered which is ridiculous. The dominos people are saying they have processed the refund but i still haven't got it. They asked me to talk to foodpanda but they are not replying to my mails. When will i recieve my refund?

The worst, pathetic and # company. My chat got disconnected by 3 advisor, 3times the order was cancelled and also inappropriate information was provided. It's better to starve than to order food from you guys. U r worthless, i would complaint every where against you guys wherever it's possible, u took 4hours of my time and kept me hungry. Shamefull company

I got a offer in the foodpanda app for a dish, i ordered the food, the payment was done online but it was cancelled by the restaurant.in the app it is mentioned like the money will be refunded within 7 working days. Its been like two weeks still i'm not getting the money and when i tried to refer the order code, i has been deleted. No support from the foodpanda support community too. This happened for the second time and third time too. Please do consider this seriously, because millions of people are using the app for its fancy offers. I had ordered a mango shake on 25th september using this app. But my order was not delivered and my money is also deducted. I had also forwarded a complaint email regarding this. But to my surprise what i got is no satisfactory reply. Now i just don't want my deducted money back i also want my time and my typing and net expense or else you will see my actions. Your attitude is just can't acceptable.

Hi my order number y4rz-oem8 is not delivered yet.. And the app showing some issues with my order which food panda is working on... When will be my order delivered??? I paid the amount online using the paytm app.. Please clarify my doubt or i will take this issue to higher level (Consumer court) that u people are doing fraud with the consumers online..

I had ordered food from food panda fri. 23rd sep 2018 till date total of 5 orders of which none were delivered and for the same money has been deducted from my account. I tried to chat with the cus servicr team, they only say tht the refund in process. Till date i haven't got any refund. On top ofthat they show various offers by restaturant which has no tie up with them. So basically they are fooling all the customers. Its really become worse. Pfb the order detais:

I ordered my food from food panda where after waiting for more than 2 hours didnot get my order. On support customer care executive naming peehu promised for refund and additional compensation of rs 50. Which i am not getting and no body is replying over the chat. I tried connecting 3 times but the support team leaves the chat in between. Please resolve the issue as a summary of the whole chat is attached as a proof.

I have placed an order at 2:37 PM on 30th September, 2018. I have been waiting till 3:30 PM then I called the restaurant and came to know that the delivery boy hasn't reached the restaurant to pickup the order. So I started live chat with food panda executive, they told me that they are unable to contact the delivery boy and can't serve the order. So I requested them to arrange another delivery boy for the delivery and they refused to do so. Also, their customer care number is not working

I order food & waited 2 hrs for delivery...dint receive it & put a request for refund...After contactinng 7th time..they told refund will be issued to my paytm wallet in 4 hrs...but till yet i havent received anything...& the customer care is not respoding properly...& now they are saying its takes 10 dys...For wallets its doesnot take that much of waste...They are wasting our time & money by giving wrong information...Please see to it that it doesnot cheat other people by showing delivery available & refund our money.My order details is given below in photo

I ordered a kfc bucket via foodpanda at 12:40pm and still not received my order,
I got a confirmation message from KFC that your order number is 9552 at 1:00pm and also got second message at 1:30pm that it Is dispatched for delivery.
But still not got my order.
And I connect with foodpanda customer care executive 3 time to check my order status but they are not friendly they are not giving any update.
It’s really unprofessional behaviour..

Order ID y4lh-9zbu and Order ID y4lh-gtz9 i am trying to contact customer care on chat since last 2 hours and every time i will get just a hi and then no response . those two orders havnt been delivered yet to me but still shows as deliverd and delivery person is telling to cancel the order. my money already has been deducted from my account and not getting any response from you guys on the same .
