I have placed an order at 2:37 PM on 30th September, 2018. I have been waiting till 3:30 PM then I called the restaurant and came to know that the delivery boy hasn't reached the restaurant to pickup the order. So I started live chat with food panda executive, they told me that they are unable to contact the delivery boy and can't serve the order. So I requested them to arrange another delivery boy for the delivery and they refused to do so. Also, their customer care number is not working

    I order food & waited 2 hrs for delivery...dint receive it & put a request for refund...After contactinng 7th time..they told refund will be issued to my paytm wallet in 4 hrs...but till yet i havent received anything...& the customer care is not respoding properly...& now they are saying its takes 10 dys...For wallets its doesnot take that much of waste...They are wasting our time & money by giving wrong information...Please see to it that it doesnot cheat other people by showing delivery available & refund our money.My order details is given below in photo

      I ordered a kfc bucket via foodpanda at 12:40pm and still not received my order,
      I got a confirmation message from KFC that your order number is 9552 at 1:00pm and also got second message at 1:30pm that it Is dispatched for delivery.
      But still not got my order.
      And I connect with foodpanda customer care executive 3 time to check my order status but they are not friendly they are not giving any update.
      It’s really unprofessional behaviour..
      Highly disappointed 🤬

        Order ID y4lh-9zbu and Order ID y4lh-gtz9 i am trying to contact customer care on chat since last 2 hours and every time i will get just a hi and then no response . those two orders havnt been delivered yet to me but still shows as deliverd and delivery person is telling to cancel the order. my money already has been deducted from my account and not getting any response from you guys on the same .

          Hi foodpanda,

          I ordered food using foodpanda app on 28th september 2018, but i didn't get the ordered food yet. Now i can see the status on app is that the food is delivered but i didn't get the food. I seriously never gone through such a worst food service like this. Now all i want is my money back. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

            29th sept at 6.25 p. M. I ordered from 'the empress', behala via foodpanda an amount of food rs. 101.92/- (Order code: y8ot-5x2r) and the restaurant confirmed thr order within some time, the status changed to 'chef at work!' and for the next 5 hours the status remained so. I had a lots of chats with support in between but other than their standard templated answer to wait for couple of minutes i received nothing. I even tried to cancel the order but as the 'chef at work!' it's not possible to cancel. And at 11.28 p. M. Suddenly status changed to 'order picked up', 'near you' and 'order delivered'. I didn't have any clue what happened there. I let the support foodpanda support know the situation, the again asked me to wait for couple of minutes while they investigate and after few minutes simply disconnected.

              Today i ordered two desert from baskin robbins worli from foodpanda and my both order was not delivered but status in app showed delivered.
              Please take necessary action as this is not the way to cheat your customer.
              My colony where i ordered have cctv camera and no dilivery boy came to deliver.
              You can even check the tracker of delivery boy who was suppose to deliver my order that he came to my area or not at that delivery time.
              When enquired at baskin robbins they said few delivery boys instead of delivering are eating desert.

                I have ordered biryani in foodpanda. Ordere not delivered. When i called their represent, he told me story that some one on roadside taken the parcel on the way. He says he is not responsible. Foodpsnda guys not responding in chat. This is big cheating going on with name of foodpanda.

                  Hello,

                  I ordered food from foodpanda on 25th of september and within 10 minutes of order, i got message that order has been delivered but i didn't receive order. I tried to talk with support team but didn't get appropriate reply. The worst service i have found from foodpanda.

                      I ordered on foodpanda around 8:15pm and they showed item was delivered by 8:35pm and no one has contacted me about the delivery, but app is showing conformed, picked and delivered by the foodpanda, even when i tried to spoke with customer support they took 20m to tell me the reason and finally at 9:30pm they stated that due to un availability of delivery boy your order was showing like this and we are ready to refund your amount, my order no is r4yk-ckom and mode of payment is online.

                          I have recently booked an order and after waiting approx 40 minutes when i check the status it shows delivered.
                          When i contacted the support on chat they replied that we are checking and disconnect the chat.
                          My previous all orders also cancelled by the foodpanda and reason shows the unavailability of riders and refunds also pending since more than last 8 days.

                              Hi I ordered schezwan Fried rice from Fishing boat restaurant via food panda on 29 sep 2018. The order showed processed and the delivery executive picked the item, I paid Rs 129 for the order via paytm and I have not received the item till now The app shows it delivered. I tried calling the delivery executive but did not receive any response. I paid the amount online and there is not much help from customer care support and it is taking long time to connect to chat. I even send an email to the customer are but there is no response from any of them. Also I tried calling in the customer care number but none of thenumbers are reachable

                                On[protected], i ordered food from mirch restaurant bangalore through foodpanda mobile application. Order was also confirmed by the customer. 15 mins after the confirmation, i got a message that order is declined and refund will be initiated. Even though i was pissed with this bad serivice from foodpanda, i ordered food from another restaurant, hyderabadi biriyani hub (Madiwala) as i was hungry and lazy to go out. Order was confirmed and even it showed in the app that the delivery guy picked up of the order. Even after waiting 1 hour after he picked up the order, as i didn't receive the food package, i called delivery executive, but he is saying that he can't deliver the order. Then i approached foodpanda chat support for help. There has been no proper response from them as well. I've paid the money and waiting for the order to be delivered, but foodpanda cheated taking my money and not delivering the order. I need proper resolution from them on this.

                                  I had ordered 4 veg hakka noodles yesterday ( 28th Sept. 2018) at 18:49, after that, I was on chat support for more than 2 hours and they just gave the template reply that they are checking and never gave me the concrete response. now i want foodpanda to refund the amount in my bank account, not in my foodpanda wallet. i also spoke to the hotel ( The 101 Corner ) they told me that order was ready in 15 mins after they received the orderbut no one from foodpanda came to collect the order, my order code is w2ib-p7fl. noe it is showing order delivered in my app, is this the way you cheat the customers ?

                                  if i do not get my money back in my bank account i will take this matter to to consumer court and further...

                                    We are facing worst service & bad experience from you.

                                    We want refund for the order which was not delivered ( subway order ) & also previous order where the
                                    wrong food was delivered.

                                    Every time we try to reach you by complaining thru chat & your chat service is always busy & many times
                                    getting very late response .

                                    1) refund od rs. 749.25 for order no: m5mz-khdk - dated : 23.09.2018 - subway jbnagar

                                    we had ordered in early evening at around 7.30 to 8.00 pm. When contacted to your delivery boy,
                                    after i hour, he said it will take time for another 2 hours !!! just because he misplaced his
                                    delivery box key where he use to store the food on his bike.

                                    We didn't received order, & then at 11.30 pm he called & said that he will mark in his system that
                                    food is delivered !!! how can your delivery boy be such nonsense !!!

                                    upon that my money is deducted & still not yet received refund !!! how can foodpanda be such
                                    irresponsible & employ such nonsense delivery boy !!
                                    then your delivery boy gave me his boss cell number for refund :[protected]

                                      Ordered sweets for guests at home at 4pm on 29th sept. Till 10pm it showed your order is under process and then on the way (6hours)
                                      Finally at 11 when i called delivery boy says company is not paying salary so we won't deliver and changed the status to completed delivery. The order was prepaid. If it is a bankrupt company then please shut the same. Stop collecting money by fooling customers and wasting time.

                                        I placed an order for supply of food from darao pathik bor on 19.9.2018 for amount of rupees 2426 through paytm but you failed to carry out the order.
                                        But the amount is lying with you till date.
                                        In this regard I informed through support chat vide reference no #7474171 . I already talk with your customer support centre but no reply came.

                                        Please look into this matter.Hope my request for refunding the amount without further delay should be complied with .
