My order done on 26th feb 2019 was not delivered at all, and the profile still shows track order. I even didnt get my refund. This is not acceptable and i will surely proceed with this complaint. The order was done at a hotel called redhot. I tried calling up the restaurant but they even refused to speak to me when they came to k ow my order was not received. I need an immideate action against the same.

    I ordered a burger which looked very good on their app. But when i received the order it was just 2 slices of tomato kept inside a bun with some.
    When i complained they said the image is for reference purpose only and they cant do anything.
    I was really angry but helpless.
    I would like a refund and an apology from them for such behavior.

      Vamsi brothers food court.. (Deccan fried chicken). My restaurant id is h3wt.. I shud get payment of 2 lac to my restaurant.. Food panda is trying to cheat me.. Im in full debts as i have to pay for my raw material suppliers.. The only option is to suicide leaving a note on food panda.. My family wil have to face many problems.. Pls help me get my payment..

        Hi,

        I have just ordered the food from food panda today (28 feb 2019), and it was worst and even bad. I have ordered the thali for the lunch and the food was really pathetic. You don't even imagine what i have seen was a small stone in my food (Dal).

        This is what they are delivering to their customers. We trust food panda for a long time and every customer used to order the food from them for that same reason only (Trustworthy).

        I didn't like the food at all, i would personally recommend others never to order the food from them. I have wasted my 110 rupees in ordering that food for my lunch.

        I just request to the team of foodpanda, kindly give my money back i have wasted my amount (Seriously). Money is important for us too not only for you people.

          I have ordered chicken dopyaza yesterday, chicken was not cooked properly. It was not even half cooked and taste was awful. I had to throw it in dustbin. I tried contacting support through chat, but window is not opening since yesterday. So i posted this here. Could you please work on your chat support window. So that it will be easy to complain right away.

            I ordered a pizza from dominos through foodpanda on 01/02/2019 around 7:30 pm in noida. The amount got deducted as i made an online payment but when it took more than an hour i contacted the restaurant and came to know the order was not received. (Dominos noida sector 142). Since then i was triying to reach foodpanda through chat and they ensured me the amount would be credited in my account within 7-10 working days. It has been more than 12 days and every time i caht with foodpanda executive they tell me 7-10 days. When they debit the amount they do it in the blink of an eye but when it is the time for crediting the amount they act like this. I think foodpanda is just playing with my feelings and my hard earned money as they are not taking up my issue seriously.
            I want serious action to be taken against this fraud company as they are sitting on my payment.
            Please help!!!

              Hello,

              I spoke to ovenstory restaurant and they said they wrote a mail to Foodpanda mentioning that Foodpanda can refund my money. I have a call record if you want me to share I can also share the same. Ovenstory restaurant has accepted their mistakes. For the proof I have attached a screenshot.

              please don't directly blame on customers. First check where the mistake has happened. If the food is good why I'm going to ask you a refund?

              Hope this will be a enough proof that mistake is in restaurant side. Ovenstory already wrote you a main so kindly refund the money back.

                I ordered a pizza from foodpanda in a restaurant called oven story. I received a pizza which is fully burnt and moreover the pizza is a old one. Rotten smell was coming from the pizza and tumeric powder smell was coming. I complaint to the foodpanda they are blindly telling they can't refund or replace the order. Foodpanda is indirectly cheating people and my money is fully wasted here.. Now i'm helpless and i don't know what should i do. I want foodpanda to refund my money back.

                I ordered food but due to bad weather it got cancelled. I was promised refund, but I didn't get any.
                I sent them e-mails including the screenshot of my cancelled order as well. It's been a couple of days and I haven't revieved my refund yet.

                  Received a wrong item and asked for replacement which they told not possible.No refund also provided as they told me i had received refund earlier for similar kind of issues. If food panda is doing this again n again, food panda should be liable for whatever times it may be. Why do customers have to suffer. I have shared the pics of wrong items too

                    I ordered food on saturday 09.02.19, on first i logon to net banking i put pin no and otp also on that time process and return back to transaction failed, then i was trying next time all the process is ok and the order successful. But i put one order and i receive one order, the amount debited my account 2 times. Pls kindly refund my one amount that is rs.155.62/-. Otherwise i am not use the food panda

                      After zomato's rider was found eating food meant to be delivered, now we have foodpanda's rider escaping with your entire order

                      This happened last night when i ordered food from foodpanda app. I was excited as i got good discount. I could see on the map the ordered being confirmed, than being prepared and information about the driver who was suppose to pick it up. Everything was smooth. Untill i noticed few missed call from unknown number

                      Hence i called back assuming the rider is looking for landmark. But to my surprise the rider said, restaurant is not giving him the order till he gives them the otp which showed up on my app.

                      Considering i was using foodpanda for the first time, i gave him the otp. The very next second, status on the app changed to food delivered.

                      I tried calling rider again and he didn't answer. Than i contacted support team. The representative told me you should have not shared otp on the phone it's suppose to be given when the rider is at your doorstep. The rep apologised for the scam and placed a request for refund. She told me to place fresh order again. I generally don't order online and with this experience i had no guts to go online and order again... I slept hungry

                      Just thought of sharing, how would a customer know when a representative you hired calls and ask for details to steal the food you ordered. I thought that's how the process is... That's how the rider portrayed it...

                        Hi have ordered food from one of the restaurants served by foodpanda and got some rotten foul smelling food. I think they are serving yesterday's food. I have contacted costumer service and reported issue. They are just saying we are unable to process refund and thank you for feedback. Even their delivery executive is saying food quality there is not good.
                        I've reported the same. They abruptly terminated the chat. I'm extremely dissatisfied, disappointed with their service and they are looting public money.

                        Cheating customers in the name of offers since restaurant first confirms the order then sells it off records. Food Panda is ruining its reputation as delivery system is corrupted and fraud.

                          The order they delivered is unsatisfactory and spoiled when i initiated a complaint they said that they would contact me but they haven't taken any measures yet they are delivering loose quality items and that too of spillage by taking huge amounts. Please help me in getting my money back as we didn't even get satisfied for the order it's high amount order of 1000+. Hope my complaint gets resolved soon

                            Foodpanda blocked my account without any specific reason and now no response from them. Receiving only system generated mails and messages.

                            The order was undelivered so i used the coupon again and they are sending the note o[censored]nfair and misuse of coupon which actually is not done.

                            Company is not willing to unblock my account it feels like. Please help me unblock and resolve my issue.

                            Sir i had ordered 1 kadai paneer from jeet restaurant on 11 jan 2019...and the payment(rs 114)was done by card..after that from your side the order was cancelled...and till now i havent received my money back...

                              Dear team,

                              As per your trailing mail, you have mentioned that as per your voucher fair use policy, my account was restricted from applying vouchers.

                              Can you please clarify my below questions???

                              1) as per your executive call (Call recording enclosed) i have used my two accounts on mobile so i was restricted to use vouchers, if this is the case how come to have my device information???

                              2) as per your app permission requirement you take permissions only for contacts, location, phone, sms and storage not device info permissions are asked by you and i have not given any permission to collect my device information, so how come you have got my device id.

                              3) if you have got the device permission with out user consent it is a serious threat to the user privacy which is not acceptable, the only chance you have is to run suspicious malware on user device such as "read_phone_state" or may be some thing more worse than this.

                              4) if you check the back ground of my case, on 15th oct 2018 i have placed an order which you could not able to serve and after my complaint you gave me an apology voucher, but blocked my food panda account, then i logged into my other account, where the voucher you gave me did not work, that i started complaining about this issue on facebook, after a long chase up my account was unblocked but restricted my account to use vouchers (All the complaints history enclosed). Is this not come under cheating a client by given a voucher at the same time blocking the account from using it???

                              I want answers for all my questions in writing from you (Dont just call me, put your explanation on email) with in 48 working hours else i shall take this seriously as food panda playing with user security and collecting all the personal data with out user knowledge.

                                I ordered a chicken biryani but i received a prawn biryani... Which i have never ate prawn... Food panda executive mrs. Aamani is forcing me to eat that denied for the refund and made me fool... My money got wasted... I want food panda to provide me a proper solution... Just like that they are very careless and sending me wrong foods and not providing the replacement or refund. My money is totally wasted and foodpanda should be banned for fooling customers like this. They looting customers money and making. Fun with the food... Strict action should be taken against the foodpanda and i need a immediate solution.

                                    My foodpanda account is blocked on both numbers. I don't know why they blocked my account. I can not use promo codes and cannot get exciting offers. And also after blocking my account the sent me offers sms to get discounts on food. Now more than 2months gone they didn't unblock my both accounts.

                                      I'm complaining about my order made around 9+ pm. The rider took his own sweet time and in the end it stated that he met an "accident" hence could not deliver my food. It's not funny when it comes to money issues and order. Please do something on this. We're not paying for such # and lame excuses that these stupid riders give. Trying to earn easy money? Please ask them get a life. Before they really get into a real accident one day, better don't play around and do your # job.

                                      I have ordered food today from Food Panda app from hotel Samosa Singh, Bangalore, Karnataka. The amount got deducted but the food was not delivered.
                                      Moreover the pickup guy had switched off his number and now the order says it is cancelled.

                                        I ordered food with foodpanda the amount is been deducted meanwhile the order is also cancelled but am not going to get any refund. And the chat support assist mr sukhmander is not able to connect me to his senior, neither he can reorder, he is telling that he is helpless. Then why is he sitting there when he is helpless. And when i told to connect me to his senior he is telling me to wait for 2 hours. Do this is my humble request to take strict action against this.
