Dear sir,
Being a new customer i had ordered a dessert from frozen bottles located in kandivali west using coupon code 9...
Your app says that the order is delivered but i did not receive any order on the given address and it's being more than 15 hours of placing the order... Within 20 seconds of placing the order the app says that my order is delivered which is impractical...
I had already paid the amount via card
If this is the service provided by your company then i won't be recommending you people to anyone...
My first experience is the worst experience with foodpanda
Please look into the matter or you are loosing your customer

I ordered a chocolate shake from 'horn please' on 5th september.
The guy who delivered the product started texting me after delivering it.
Kindly look into the matter.
This is not tolerable.

On 26th august, , i ordered food in food panda and my money was debited, but ordered was not placed... After i got msg that the money will be refunded but till now it not happened very poor response and poor service, in food panda there is no proper communication to resolve the problems and its very stressful and i paid through debit card pay options in the food panda do the needful asap

I have ordered a milkshake from food panda. The delivery person did not turn up to deliver me but the status is shown as delivered. The amount is also being deducted from my account.
I tried talking to the support team but none turned up. The offers in food panda are fake. They don't provide with the delivery person contact number to make up follow-ups.

This is extremely unprofessional on behalf of foodpanda that my order got cancelled twice after waiying for an hour and finaally foodpanda itself chose the restaurant for a replacement order about whivh i wasnt even aware...i ordered malai tikka as wasnt in a position to have spicy as was having blister in my mouth but it was plain tikka delivered that too pf not my taste.. i was fine with chaela kitchen when i recd a call from foofpanda...

Dear sir,
Of late lots of your delivery boys have occupied sps residency. (Indrapuram ghaziabad) boundry wall
Creating mehem in & around sociteis. They are seen sleeping on motorcyles, spitting, urinating, occupiing pedistrain path,, parking their motorcycles in middle of roads.
Kindly advise them to stay away from residential area &station themself at resturents only.

Hi all,
I did not receive my refund which was scheduled on september 01, 2018. Mail was sent to my personal email address that refund will be credited on september 01, within 4 hours.
I waited for whole day and lots of dispersion.
I placed order on 25th aug for birthday but chapati was so bad. I want full refund now which is 481. 00rupees. My celebration was so bad with this order.

I have ordered lemon cake @8 o clock it's estimated time of arrival is 45 mins now it's 10 o clock and I am unable to track my order and then I received email that your order is delivered, how? I want this complaint to get resolved immediately this is completely ridiculous and pathetic service

Time for delivery 36 min.
But order arrived after one hour.
My chat with support staff online was shocking.
After prescribed time, i checked for delay in supply. They kept telling lies to me that order picked up, where as i could see on tracking screen that person to pickup order was still about one km away from the restaurant.
When i challenged their statement, they removed the tracking from my screen saying in cod scheme the order tracking is not allowed.
Lies after lies. It was disgusting experience.
Please upgrade staff quality, especially their competency.
This has gone very badly with us.

Food was totally leaked from packing. Worst experience ever.

If you guys can't take care customers need then why you guys advertise lots of promises.

I've ordered desserts from food panda through their offer called [protected]@9. Even the company had officially stated about this deal. But the one's people are receiving have worst quality, taste, duplicate and half filled. This is not the way you do business at the cost of people's health. You might have started this for getting more number o[censored]sers, but remember you are going to loose double for this cheap and fraud move.

One of the delivery boys, name rabin das, in chainar park location, kolkata-700157, his behaviour is rude and not willing to come to the delivery destination properly.in the same address other delivery guys came but that guy told me that this is the wrong address. His behaviour is also not up to the mark. This is very disappointing that i had to go to take the order.

E 28/08/18 i ordered a powershot milkshake, which was not delivered to me i waited for 2.00 hr the status showed it is been picked and also delivered, but after me calling the boy, he replied i'll call u later, and disconnected, which further was switched off. This is not acceptable and leads to a bad impression and also wasted my time.

Helloo..!! I ordered chicken popcorn with dip, they deliverd only popcorn, and the bill shows 31 rs and they charged 99rs.! They attracted with offers..!Menu Shows one thing they delivered Something.

Hi,

I have ordered one item via foodpanda mobile app. Order id is 'y8zj-kv0w'. I made an online payment for this order using net banking.
After i placed the order, the order went through all the status, and suddenly changed to 'delivered' status. But neither i received the order nor anyone called me to receive the order.
I have already paid money and never received anything for it.
I have already tried to contact the customer care, but noone replies to my messages (Online chat support). I have also messaged to their facebook page, but no response. I did not found any customer care phone number.
Please look into the matter.

Dam pathetic experience shame on ur guys. I ordered from food panda and order didn't happened to be delivered. Called up restaurant directly and then dey said guy dint come to pick up the order. No number to contact food panda no option to cancel order and support option does not work. I wanted my order to get cancelled after waiting for 2 hours. No support and no responsibility as of the order is being delivered to customer or not. This is the worst experience every had.

Its been more than an hour since we placed an order through foodpanda. When i contacted subway, they said that the delivery person hadnt arrived to take the food. Such callous service is unacceptable.

I request if someone can shut this [censored] app...I made 2 orders from 2 different restaurants...they cancelled 1 of my order saying we got overwhelming response in your area ...what a joke...and on the second order...I waited for 1 hr 30 minutes...and these buggers are saying to wait for another 30 min to get the order...bunch of [censored]...

I have ordered my lunch 1 hour 30 minutes earlier, from a near by restaurant, and as per the given time it should have reached within 45 minutes at the max. It's 3 pm and i've not received my food yet. I tried calling the rider but he informed that he has not found the restaurant. This is absolutely ridiculous and pathetic service from food panda.

I tried to use the live chat option and asked for help, and i was told to wait. I asked to refund my money. But no satisfactory response was received. I was just told that i will receive my food. Am i supposed to do my lunch in the evening?? I just got the worst service from food panda today.

I m Foodpanda delivery boy ...& I m facing so much related to my login & no one is here to solve this problem ...every tum for any small problem we have to travel lot ko solve our problems & we have to go Foodpanda office which is far away from our house ...if company provide such type of facility to rider then who will continue work in this field

The foodpanda customer care is pathetic.
I ordered my food at 8 42 pm and food delivery agent was not assigned till 9 40pm. On interrogating the customer support wasn't even replying.
I had to call the restaurant and request them to deliver by paying extra 50 inr to the restaurant's delivery guy.
As soon as i said i want to cancel my order, the support agent replied right back saying they would refund!
What kind of behaviour is this! I was dying out of hunger but these people seem to not care at all about their service. Pathetic food panda.

Hi, ordered food at 8.57pm with order id - sweet truth order 13413149 amounting to rs. 675 is confirmed. It's 10.42 still there is no trace of food. I tried calling restaurant, the number is switched off. I tried doing the live chat, nobody is responding to food panda, i mailed foodpanda, the turn around to get a response from team is 8 hours. So, such a late response will not hold any good when u r hungry and starving for food. There should be live help. Day is really spoilt and i want the money back as i had already paid through my card.

I placed an order on 15th aug in the evening to pizza hut.. I made the payment online.. Delivery guy from pizza hut called and said order will not be delivered and u will get refund.. I checked after 24 hrs on food panda app it was showing order was delivered.. Then i searched for foodpand cust care number on google all the numbers were busy they didnt connect.. Then i was chatting with foodpanda agents for 2 hrs.. They were not able contact pizza hut.. I called pizza hut they were not able to find my order.. They charged me 600 rps and i didnt even get the order i have call recording for the pizza hut guy he is saying on recording u will get refund and i have screenshots of chats with food panda

I had ordered food from a restaurant thru food panda app on 11 august where i had guests come in. The time for delivery was 1 hour. First of all the food panda rider didn't reach the restaurant and denied taking the order and cancelled it and this wasn't intimated to me by food panda and on asking for a call back from food panda the executive lied to me saying that the order was cancelled because the restaurant is closed when it was their mistake. Also on callback by food panda i was informed much after the stipulated time that the order has been cancelled and they also denied refunding the amount to my account immediately and the executive abruptly cut the call. I urge and strongly advise all not to use this 3rd grade app and be cheated and humiliated.

I had ordered from subway the food was not delivered, when enquired about it your customer care person told the ordered was not confirmed and the refund will be done in 48 hours to your paytm account it's been 5 days i still did not get my refund.
