My order number was u8rp-wftv however not delivered on time. I chased multiple times chased however no proper update. Even i chat with food panda executive on 30th april, 2018 & he said case been escalated & i'll be getting call from senior department by end of day however again no call.
Till now i've sent multiple emails & no call received yet.
Such an useless service & i need this to be escalated higher so that let company learn it's ethics & customer service.
Food Panda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have ordered food through 'Food Panda' from 'Midnight Food Point' they have taken the full payment but now food has not been delivered its more than 2 hours. The mentioned phone number is also not working and live chat option is also not working. Totally no response from their end. Not yet refunded the money.

    Hi ordered some snacks from the well known hotel having 4.1 stars on foodpanda 1 hours ago... Till now i haven't received my order and just now hotel boy called me saying one of the dish is unavailable and please order something else.

    This is very disappointing that order is not getting received on time and on end time they are asking me for replacement...

    Please take strict action on this...

    I am not using foodpanda afterwards otherwise

      Dear sir/madam,

      Yesterday on 2 may 2018. I give a food order online near to 8.10 pm to gangaur sweet. But they delivered food by 9.30pm till than my kids was upset and food which i received was very cold or not fit to eat. Kindly do me a favour. Due to this my child was so hungry. I made number of calls also to them. We ordered the food which is eatable only if hot. Bhatura was so hard to eat, cold. We were upset and kids not have that food. I lost my time, money to order this food.

          It is sad to seee how vogas and how shameless u people can be.. Yes, wanna know why? Read this email till end..
          I, placed my order from just chinese.. And veg dhaba.. Two different orders.. It was raining here in kolkata, (Just raining.. Nothing much) first of all my veg dhaba order got declined and without asking my prefference u placed my order from swad.. Ok, i was waiting.. Then suddenly i seee my all orders are vanished from 'my order' section... Meanwhile unfortunately i engage myself in foodpanda live chat.. And there i meet one ridiculous executive who helped me none.. And kept me engaged on live chat.. Saying that your team will call me.. I waited 30 mins.. Neither ur team called me.. Neither your executive helped me with the exact status of my order.. And yes he or she told me to wait more 60 mins... On calling rider he said that he is only one who can deliver the food.. And his bike is nt working... So i wont get my food at any cost.. And here your executive just wanna keep me on hold.. On asking he/she said that another rider has been arranged.. And gave me the same rider number... Who denied to deliver the food... Between all this... My money and coupon of rs.119 got waste... U know what is worst? Your services... I am gonna make sure it must come in front of everyone...in every social platforms.. This kind of harasssment.. That foodpanda has no rider to deliver food to customer... Till end... I did not get my food... At 10.30... I had to coook... U ruined my papa's birthday... Made me wait... When the restaurant is 2 mins away from my home... Not to forget.. The restaurant owner called me.. Told me that he can provide is food by himself or if we go.. But we hv to. Pay him extra... Wow foodpanda.. Shame on u... Just wait..

            I have ordered food for lunch around 12 pm and after 1 hour when i call delivery guy. He is telling he is busy delivering other orders.. Later than he told us the order was cancelled and re-opened.. After 3 hours he told he is waiting for the food in restaurant... When we call restaurant they replied it was already in 15 mins and it was handed over... I think the delivery executives was hungry and eat all the food... Without delivering... What is happening

            Finally we got order from swiggy while we ordered it from food panda... There was not bill also provided from the restaurant.

              I had ordered from cfc through food panda app. It said it was express delivery, i. E. If not delivered within 45min, 100% cashback of the ordered food. But they cancelled my order automatically after an hour. Then i was told that you would be getting a rs 50 voucher which i outrightly rejected it. They did not clarify about the reason for cancellation. I had to reorder and it took another hour to deliver that order. Guests were present in my house and it took them 2.5 hrs hrs to deliver the order. Is this the standard of service that you provide. Its such a shame. I require compensation for this mishap by your employee.

                I ordered paneer chilli milli kebab from red chillies thane. Received order after almost an hour food was damn cold. Usually as per all hotels kebab ingredients are minced coated with corn or any other flour and baked in tandoor.

                They provided me sweet paneer malai kebab. When i called restaurant guy informed rudely that this is how it is made u do whatever you want.

                On complaining to food panda they are also telling same that restaurant informed it is made same way.

                I shared them pic and informed i haven't consumed food at all, please take it back as it is sweet and no one in my home will eat this. They are not ready to take back wrong order.

                Please help me with this, i will never again order from food panda but just don't wish to waste this food which costed almost 200.

                Red Chilly hotel in Thane is worst food delivered ever.
                This is to inform you that today your foodpanda delivery boy argued with me as I did not have change for ₹500. He told me that we should keep the exact change for COD as they don't carry change along with them. I am a regular customer of foodpanda and this is the first time I faced such situation. Take some actions or you will lose customer.

                  I ordered food from food panda on 15th march 2018 from a restaurant called organic feast. Order id - s5xj-av1l.
                  Fish curry, roti, rice, salad.

                  The fish curry was stale and was not consumable at all. The fish was smelling very bad. I raised the issue to food panda but they failed to help me as they were not able to contact the restaurant. They didn't even provide me an alternative meal. Kindly look into this

                    I have ordered kaju curry and 5 rotis from food panda but the quality of the food was worst and not edible. I contacted food panda for the query but the customer denied to take the request and replace or refund for the order and she closed the chat immediately. Her name was sujata. I haven't got any resolution for the loss of money that i suffered from food panda and she stopped responding to me and she closed the chat. I have attached the order number which i ordered. I was to get it refunded.

                      I ordered 2 kfc zinger meal and 4 pcs hot and crispy but they delivered just 4 pcs hot n cispy and 1 zinger meal and i said i didnt recieve the order they said they will deliver me asap my break was over and they keep calling for my address and i provide the address and then they delivered to me but my break was over that time and i need to wait till my shift is finished then i can able to eat my dinner. Totally patheric services from big brand food panda, not expexting this type of service.

                        On 23/02/2018, i ordered food from foodfanda at around 9.37pm, since my wife was not doing well and wanted me to be with her.

                        This is regarding, the promised time for delivery was 45 mins (Express delivery).

                        Till next 1 hour food was not delivered. I did follow up with food panda then the executives woke up, they had looted money from me, time to deliver some stale junk to me. They said xyz guy will come in next 15 mins.

                        The food was prepared within next 15 mins, but total time taken was 1hr 30 mins, double of the promised time.

                        I didn't say anything to delivery guy and he left, all the items were cold, i believe stale food was delivered, i had a bite of it and there is an after taste it seems.

                        I immediately followed up with foodpanda executives zia and anas, they said max. We can do is give you replacement since due to heavy rush this happened.

                        My concern is due to heavy rush the food preparation should be delayed, not delivery the restaurant is 2kms away from my home, any time to the day it takes max. 10 mins to my home, it was night 10.30 pm. How can the food be cold?

                        I had to throw the food in the garbage

                        My wife had it and he is not feeling well. I want to take a legal action over foodpanda and their executives and onesta hotel.

                          I ordered some food and paid online then i received a call from foodpanda that the merchant doesnt have the food at the moment so they cancelled my order and asked me to place another order. They promised me that the refund will be received within 10 days. Its been over a month now when i contact foodpanda chat service they told me there was a error and refund request was not successful twice from foodpanda's end. I am very angry and tired of getting same answer but not refund. I am going to take string action now.

                              I have never experienced such unprofessionalism & bad service quality, ever. I'm going to take the time to detail the five consecutive experiences mentioned above.
                              First: 11th feb'18
                              Order placed with sf foodestination, for 1combo-2 & 1 cheesy dip at 2227hrs.
                              Payment of inr164/- made through ewallet.
                              Order accepted and confirmed by food panda on behalf of the restaurant.
                              Status: not delivered cause the restaurant declined to process the order later.
                              (Screenshot attached).
                              Second: 11th feb'18 (Same day)
                              Order placed with drosero cafe & restro, for 1veggie paradise pizza at 2238hrs
                              Payment of inr269.95 made through ewallet
                              Order accepted and confirmed by food panda on behalf of the restaurant
                              Status: not delivered. The restaurant called to say no one from food panda came to pick up the order and now we're canceling it. Information of order cancellation is given at 0103hrs. (Screenshot attached)
                              Third:18th feb'18
                              Order placed with batichokha for 1sattu parantha & aloo veg, curd, 1 litti, 1 sweet sattu sharbat, at 1549hrs
                              Payment of inr138.42 made through ewallet
                              Order accepted and confirmed by food panda on behalf of the restaurant
                              Status: cancelled after confirmation at 1600hrs, no explanation is given (Screenshot attached)
                              Order placed again for same items at 1611hrs
                              Order accepted and confirmed by food panda on behalf of the restaurant
                              The restaurant called to say that since they do not have one of the items ordered, they've canceled it. A replacement order is required, without the unavailable item
                              Order replaced at 1637hrs without the unavailable item
                              Order accepted and confirmed by food panda on behalf of the restaurant
                              Payment of inr113.50 made through ewallet
                              Status: order delivered at 1731hrs (Total time from the first order:1hr & 42mins)

                              Food quality: atrocious
                              Fourth: 18th feb'18
                              Order placed with nosher's kitchen for 1cheese corn sandwich & 1 masala tea at 2235hrs
                              Payment of inr157.62 made through ewallet
                              Order accepted and confirmed by food panda on behalf of the restaurant
                              Status: order delivered at 2319hrs, without the masala tea
                              Tea spilled within the package and an empty cup reached me. The delivery boy told me that he wasn't told that he is carrying tea & hence, couldn't take care of it
                              Had to again contact foodpanda through live chat & inform them about the spilled tea. They insisted on a snapshot of the spilled tea which i didn't have because after showing me the empty soiled cup, the delivery boy took it with him. It took me about 45mins of chat to convince them that i am not lying about a cup of tea. After which i was informed that the cost of tea is being refunded. So yet again, order not completed.
                              Five: 19th feb'18
                              Order placed with nosher's kitchen for 1 barbeque chicken sandwich & 1 masala tea at 2152hrs
                              Payment of inr210.12 made using an inr150/- voucher received earlier and the balance of inr60.12/- through ewallet
                              Order accepted and confirmed by food panda on behalf of the restaurant
                              Status: incorrect order delivered at 2235hrs.in place of the barbeque chicken sandwich, i received a burger. This time i took a snapshot (Attached). Gave the information to foodpanda along with snapshot proof. I was given the confirmation that the restaurant has accepted their mistake and will be sending the correct item immediately.
                              Next status: received a call from foodpanda office in gurugram that the restaurant will not be able to complete your order. Asking me if its ok to send the same items from some other restaurant, to which i agreed.
                              Again received a call from foodpanda informing me that it's not possible to send the same cuisine. Will it be ok if they sent something else? I agreed to this as well (I was tired and hungry).
                              Final status: as i write this complaint, its 0106hrs, 21st feb'18, and nothing has been delivered to me nor has anyone informed me of the status. The last call received was at 2325hrs, assuring me of food (Some other cuisine) being delivered shortly
                              Thanks to foodpanda, i will sleep hungry today. Oh sorry, i did get the masala tea.

                              My intent of writing this complaint is to ensure that foodpanda is held accountable for their poor service. I'm not looking for freebies or discounts.
                              I hope this consistent lack of service quality given by foodpanda is penalized to ensure better service in times to come.

                                We ordered one family pack and cool drink... They intimated they will deliver within 45 min but they took more than one hour.. When we opened the cover i got shocked that quantity is very less and it is not hot also.. I thought that i wasted my money by ordering in food panda...                                   I received my order but when i opened the packet i found it was not properly packed and had been messed up which was not eatable. Packet seemed that someone had opened the packet before delivering the order and therfore i returned the packet. So i want my money back. So i want you to refund my money. By doing so you can be continue with your customer loyalty.

                                  I placed an order via foodpanda and paid through Paytm (successful transaction) but my order was never confirmed and I didn't get any refund. The order history on the app is empty as well. There's no way to report or complain.

                                    Hello team,

                                    I am kiran from bangalore a frequent foodpanda customer. Still now it is offering good service but i caught with an incident today which is never expected from foodpanda.
                                    My order id in foodpanda : u2vz-0rhj
                                    I kept my order at 3:10 pm today and they informed that i will receive my order by 3:55 pm. (45 minutes delivery). But i never expected that i couldnt able to get the delivery on time and no further info provided. Finally, the food got delivered at 4:40 pm which is too late. I even connected with the foodpanda team through live chat for almost 45 minutes but i am not satisfied as i couldnt get the solution i got. I am asking them refund for the above cause as i am totally dissatisfied with the service.
                                    Please initiate my full refund.

                                      I ordered from punjabi tadka few minutes back and i paid the amount via paytm before the delivery, but your delivery man took rs250 in cash from me. I have attached a screenshot of my payment of rs247 from my paytm wallet. I want my 250 rs back to my paytm account urgently.
                                      Revert as soon as possible.

                                      That was The mail i sent to them on that very day. But I got no revert.
                                      I ordered foods through food panda..
                                      House of pizzas i ordered the food and then i paid my orders through online credit card ...now the restarunt called me now they could not delivery at my home...so i want to cancel my order
                                      I have ordered gulab jamun and i have received rasgulla Instead of gulab jamun . I don’t need that i want my order to be delivered again and properly.
