Items delivered was wrong. Order texas chicken from foodpanda
First service provider from live chat said ardy proceeded my redelivery
Second service provider from live chat said 10-15min reaching.
Last service provider from live chat said "i checked there were some confusion and the re delivery did not take place."
And without me saying anything, she ask to proceed with refund. And the reason she gave was that theres overwhelming orders... So hello? Your service breakdown recovery no point?

In a business perpective, u should that customer with complaint that is solved immediately, the comeback rate is high.

So now u guys are trying to tell me that im not vaulable and others are valuable to you because they got orders and mine was only redelivery is it?!

    I am foodpanda's one of regular customer. My order got confirmed from foodpanda and after waiting for more than an hour for the restaurant which is supppose to deliver the order within 30 minutes, my order was not delivered.
    After making a lot of inquiries from the restaurant what i get to hear is that, "they never received the order and sir, why did you ordered from foodpanda, use our mcdelivery app."
    Now, the question arises, when mcdonald's never received my order from where did i received order confirmation mail and even after waiting for more than a hour why did not i received any call from your executives when you give promise to get problem resolved within an hour.

      Respected sir/madam,
      I had ordered something from the pizza corner and what i had delivered was different. I contacted the foodpanda help centre and even sent them photos of the complaining issue yet no one was co operative and advices me to sutain with what i have. I have all the screenshot of the conversation and would like to share i[censored] want. This was an unacceptable behaviour which i had never experienced since i downloaded the app.

      Foodpanda is worst..please try not to order from it. I ordered food and didn't get all ordered items and when I complaint they didn't even respond properly. When I said I will file complaint against this they said ok do. Worst service and this happened twice. plus their app sucks.

        Receive order. Night Panda confirms the order. Then got a #### message saying unfortunately your order has been cancelled. Then a lovely agent calls saying they will offer me order from other resturant giving a benefit of some extra amount on bill. theni ordered from Marwa. he said ok it will be confirmed. then again cancellation message came. Then i thought dont believe in [censored] agents of foodpanda lets order if money goes better than being hungry. Then also order got cancelled. now i m hungry without food. got fever n acidity LEADING to vomitting.

        I ordered MacDonald burger through Foodpanda, and order is cancelled nd get mail of money is back in 7 days but didn't get money back.i tried to call customer care number of Foodpanda but all number are invalid.

          While ordering a pastry from the taste bakery in noida. I noticed a wrong cgst being charged.

          Pastry cost ra.48
          Cgst (6%) charged rs. 25.68 (51%) instead of actual amoun 2.88

          They are making fool of the customers.

          Total cost of pastry after applying taxes becomes 76.56.

          Please find the attachment for reference and beware of such frauds. They are looking customers like anything.

            Hi,

            I have order food from foodpanda app for the first time.. I order 1 family pack biryani worth 354 rs, but they gave delivery only single biryani worth 210. There is no customer care number to contact, there is only chat service available, they responded after 30 mins and said that they will process my refund amount in 24 hrs but still not got anything.. Worst service and delivery boy also talking rudely and the restaurant is worst..

              My experience of food ordering through food panda has been extremely poor and disappointing lately from restaurant wah ji wah delhi first time they sent me a wrong dish instead of what i had ordered which we didn't liked hence couldn't eat so it all went into the garbage and this time they sent the dish in a kind a chutney container as it's quantity can even hardly feed a child and there was no proper description for the quantity and contents of most of the items listed on the site giving ample of scope for restaurant to manipulate and on above the cold response from food panda is painful

                Ordered worth rs.420 but the restaurant delivered food worth rs.150 (Which was not in my order). Immediately complained through live chat and email. They asked me to send the screenshot of the food delivered. After that no response. No reply for my email also. Now they are saying they have not promised refund. Looks like i am fool to order from them.

                  Today i order my dinner any also paid requested money with 30/- extra delivery charge. But after delivery confirmation, suddenly my delivery boy says that he'll not deliver in my locality because he is not aware of my location.
                  If he don't wanna deliver my order than why did he confirmed for delivery & also charged 30/- extra charged.
                  Your app have not a single one customer care no. So that immediately anybody can contact you guys regarding our problems.
                  Plz help me out!

                    I had ordered a cake for my birthday. My children were excitedly awaiting its arrival. Ordered at 9- delivered at almost 11.30.
                    Two calls inbetween to ask if I could change my order, as the "paid for and confirmed order" was not available. Had to pay more for the second time and the third time it was even costlier but I insisted I did not want to pay again so I got a "discount" Initial order was for a cheesecake, and I ended up paying 830 for three layers of 1" cream and a total of about 1" of cake - not even pastry. Sickeningly sweet, grossly overpriced and delivered late. No birthday message, not even a branded box. Is this the biggest hoax running?
                    Contacted customer care - no telephone, just a chat. wasted almost an hour with a staff who was obviously using pre-prepared scripts and apologies, no resolution whatsoever. Oh yes, Rs. 100 discount on my next "order" Shameful and pathetic, I hope this is not the standard with you cos you are wasting so much money on nice advertisements instead of focusing on decent service instead!

                      It must be get zero star.
                      I booked order on buy 1 get 1 offer at ovenstory pizza, nerul.
                      There was not mentioned i had to book 2 pizzas... Given direct link i. E. Buy 1 get 1..
                      Whn i booked and confirmed online payment... I recieved only single 1...

                      As direct link is given... We don't have to put any code... I am customer of food panda from long time... Its happened first time with me... On other hotels u don't need to put code separately if direct link is available...

                      Its only giving single pizza in by 1 get 1 offer and after payment u will know u had to book 2 pizza..
                      Even fp customer service is also not coperating.. Giving favor to hotel.. Bulsheet fp

                        The first order that i placed using a new user coupon was cancelled by food panda themselves and it was done through a call. I had paid using debit card and then they called to tell that one of the items was not available and asked me to replace that item with another and reconfirm the order. They told that the cancelled order amount will be refunded. The coupon was not applied on the new order and i had to pay in cash when it arrived. The amount of around 400 has not been refunded yet even after 2 weeks.

                          The floor coach named jagat singh misbehaves with his junior posted employees. He also harasses them that if they distegard him he will chuck them out of company by putting false blames. He talks to employees family women and go on for pesonal relationships.
                          Disrespecting most women, he should not be the part of this company.
                          Jagat singh along with the team leader "vikrant" of foodpanda noida branch together harass their junior employees and specially women. They shout badly on their agents and employees and are impolite. Sometimes even abuse. I request to please be concerned about the environment these two people are creating inside the office. It is highly unfavourable to work in this company because of these two person.

                            I have received my order till 3:20 p. M ist, order number is s2qy-lnb0/1 that is nearly two hours and the food was not delivered. When i reached the customer care it took nearly 20 min for me, to talk to them and they were like i have checked and i am sorry to inform you that due to rider not available that is why your order is not delivered and i would request you to please allow me another 45 minutes and we will try to deliver your order as soon as possible and they were giving such a silly reasons for not delivering the food. Please check the documents for more details. Thank you!

Please check whats the matter or else i will ask the people only that how is your taxation policy working.                               I placed an order on 23 july 2017 from burger king indirapuram gaziabad. I paid online for my order and it amounted to rs 478. My order got cancelled and my money was also deducted from my account from which i placed order. After a while i got a call from burger king regarding my order and i told them that my order is cancelled so please refund my money, without taking any initiative they clearly said to contact to the customer care.
                              Next day i sent a mail to food panda regarding this issue but they didn't replied to my mail. It has been three days my money has not been refunded back to me. This is the second time food panda has done this and m highly disapointed with the services. I want that an action should be taken and my money should me refunded otherwise ill complaint in the consumer protection court and i have all the details regarding this order. So an action has to be taken.

                                Hi my name is sumit kumar ambwani

                                I ordered food from food panda at 12:58am on 22nd july 2017. As per the commitment this company makes of delivering food in 60 minutes i made the payment and waited for my order confirmation. No sooner the order got confirmed it shows 100 minutes, second time with same restaurant this happened.

                                On chatting with foodpanda guy, after 30 minutes i was assured that the food will be delivered in next 30 minutes.
                                At same time i got a call from restaurant that if you want to cancel the order you can do so as it will take another 1 hour (I do have recording)
                                Hence i cancelled the order. Food panda guy pressed the refund and asked me to wait for 10 days.
                                My complaint is, this happens every time with this company. Also why don't they return the money in same time. This company also makes false comment.

                                Request you to please take strict actions against this company.

                                    The worst experience i could ever have. Today i had meeting in my office with some vip clients. I ordered food for them at 11:39 a. M. But order was delivered at 1:50 p. M. The worst service, worst food. Even foodpanda tool free number, mobile number no number was working at all.. Very pathetic services. Don't ever order through food panda. Worsttttt. And please ban chawla from food panda and every online order apps as they are ruining food panda and other big name as well.

                                      Yesterday i ordered 2 pizzas via foodpanda at 9.21 pm the estimated delivery time was 1 hour (Too much for a pizza delivery) still i decided to wait patiently. I had guests over so was constantly keeping a watch on time. Exactly after 1 hour 10 mins i start calling the delivery guy to enquire about the delivery, he tells me there was a problem with his vehicle and that the order has been redirected to someone else. I tell him to give me that fellows number but he disconnected the call. Meanwhile i decided to ping the customer service to let them know about the delay. Guess what i don't read anything part from, "sorry for the inconveniences, thank you for your patience, the guy is on his way and the food will be delivered in 3-4 mins" i ping them to give me a call along with the details of the next delivery guy and guess what they disconnect the chat! Like, seriously? The time was running and i was so embarrassed to keep my guest waiting hungry it was more that 1.30 mins that we waited, 11 pm i spoke to the 2nd delivery guy, i was really really furious and started yelling at the delivery boy. He simply puts the blame on the pizzarella owner saying that the order wasn't ready with them and that he's waiting at the cafe to collect the pizza. I was like seriously who are you fooling, 2 hours now and they haven't prepared the food? I demanded to speak to the owner, there's dead air and i could hear 2 guys giggling behind and he simply disconnects my call and refuses to answer any of my calls henceforth. This made my temper shot like a volcano. I grew anxious and decided to call pizzeria at 11.30 pm (Trust me, you don't want to mess with a hungry girl) the owner was really really understanding and explained me in detail what had really happened. He continues to tell me, that the 1st order was ready at 10 pm sharp but he got a notification from foodpanda notifying him that my house is far to deliver food and that the customer has cancelled the order. Poor chap has to give away the food to the beggars as it became cold and soggy. And after a while he gets a notification saying that foodpanda will send another delivery guy to pick the order as they have decided to deliver now, without complaining he prepared the food the 2nd round which was ready at 10.40pm and that the delivery guy left with food at 11 pm only. I continued explaining him that i spoke to the delivery fellow the same time and he tells me that he's still waiting at the cafe at 11.10 pm for the pizza to be made. It was high time that i waited and i wanted to cancel my order and i continued to tell that to the customer service and to my surprise they won't take up the request and still ask me to wait for 3-4 mins. I had given up hopes and decided to cook when at 12.09 am 2 delivery guys come at my door step with the delivery one of them had red eyes seemed to be drunk. * i mean why 2 men for a delivery at a girls house at 12 in the night?* when i asked them why was it so late for the food to arrive one of the fellow points his finger at me and arrogantly asked if i want the pizza or no? I yelled at him this is no way to talk to a customer. With that arrogant attitude he says, i won't give it cancel the order or do whatever you want to do. I took both of their pictures as i was really scared and decided to back mysel[censored]p. He grew furious and started calling people, started yelling in my corridor and just won't give me my food which i paid for. I threatened him to call the cops as it was midnight and didn't want to create a ruckes. The other fellow started to calm him down and they started to leave with the delivery, i literally had to snatch one of the box from his hands. The other fellow came towards me when all my family members came out and my dad raised his voice. When i got the box inside to open it i noticed the box to be soaking in rainwater and almost 3/4th of the pizza wet and soggy. I waited for 2 and a half hours for a wet soggy pizza which i had to throw away. My sister and i couldn't sleep after this almost life threating incident.
                                      I want a reimbursement as the food i received wasn't appropriate to eat and because of the unprofessional delivery goons.
