I am waiting for my refund for last 12 days. Basis the portal it takes 4 hrs only. Payment was done via paytm wallet. Order placed on 29 oct at Kareem new Delhi.

Need urgent resolution

On 28 Oct also there was one more cancellation and the amount got refunded instantly. Why only this amount of 446 is getting stuck up for last 17 days.

This is ridiculous. Highly disappointing and dissatisfied. I condemn such response from Food panda.

Can you confirm the time I can get me refund.

The services are very poor. Last day also I ordered and it was cancelled after 90 minutes. This kept me hungry for more than 2 hours.

Your portal cannot be trusted. I will circulate my 3 issues to all my social media portals.

I am fed up following up

every time they say its network error and it will take 7 to 10 days. they are doing all business, accepting payments and also refunding back in cancellation for other orders. only this order is pending. and no satifactory revert.

    Foodpanda is a fraud, i ordered food from the app, the payment was unsuccessful. But no refunds even after more than a month. It had been for six of my orders. And talking to them they say they can't help as they haven't received the payment. They are thieves who steal people's money. The app should be banned going on such a rate they must be making money only by stealing public's money.
    Food Panda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    My order is is u9zz-wk9j for which I am neither shared delivery executive number nor restaurant number nor online support. I want to cancel this order and want my money back or will go to consumer forum for filing a case. If possible share one of the numbers which will let me to interact with one to determine what happened with my order.
    Wrong delivery or wrong items... Customer care is not contactable.. roti n dal makhni ordered.. got roti and some weird sabji... Not expected... Dinner spoilted... Customer care not contactable
    My order no Order#x9oj-5ndj is not delivery. I ordered at 9:18 pm now 23:04. I paid fully.
    Please cancel my order and refund the payment

      My order was given on 11.11.2018 from Foodpanda but they have cancelled the order due to non availability of driving license of their delivery boy & that information was not provided to me. After one hour when I have called that delivery boy he has told me that he would not be able to delivered my order because doesn't have driving license.

      But after 3 working days still money is not credited in my account. They are blaming Paytm for the same & also asking for 10 working days to refund the same.

        Foodpanda - you have hired goons to deliver your food and gaurantee harassment

        Penning down the series of events that have not only left me in a state of shock, but also forced me to re-think about the safety of other foodpanda customers.

        If you are reading this, my honest suggestion is -
        It is better to stay hungry than to order from foodpanda because you never know you might me in for a life threatening surprise.

        Ordered food on 'date' from 'restaurant name' 'order id', made the payment online.

        Approx into an hour of placing the order, witnessed that the delivery guy 'phone number and name' was stranded at a particular location since 4-5 mins.

        Called him up to know the status of the delivery. He directly asked me to share the otp and said that he would reject the order. By then, i realised that there was something fishy and he wanted to keep the order to himself. On further insisting that he deliver the food, he started hurling abuses.
        He stated and i quote -
        Tu, foodpanda, police koi kuch nahi ukhad sakte mera. Jisko complain karna hai ja k kar.

        The call ended at an unpleasant note and i was extremely upset with the entire episode.

        What happened next was life threatening -

        The delivery guy along with a colleague of his reached our house. I opened the door only to be thrashed by both of them.
        They carried iron rods and hit me and my room mate with it, kicked us and punched us while continously abusing us.
        One of them even ran inside the kitchen and got the knife to hit me. He threw it at me from a distance, but i dodged it and somehow ran outside the house while my room mate was still getting beaten up by those foodpanda goons.
        They stayed in our house for 15-20 mins. They also robbed our house for some cash and a pair of sunglasses.

        I am seeking legal guidance around this entire episode and definitely plan to sue all parties involved.

        Food Panda takes forever to refund your money just to teach you a lesson to never cancel any of their orders. This is pathetic. Also I didn't even cancel my order on my own it cancelled because of 'too much traffic' in their orders.

          Time is money, but foodpanda doesnt care about it for their customers. I ordered at 7.06 pm on 13/11/18 but till 9 on it was not delivered and i almost called delivery guy 100 times from all my different numbers but he cut the call every time. For this i didn't get any positive response from foodpanda. After complaining also foodpanda people did not cancelled the order and they forced me to order the same thing again from same restraunt and they took again 1 hour to deliver. Please take some strict action regarding this against food panda.

            I ordered Kulfi on 8th sept from Kulfiano through foodpand app but i didnt received the order and money is also debited from my account.
            I got the message that order is delivered but order was not delivered.
            This is very dissapointing from Foodpanda as I received order is delivered but no order reached. Order code- m7jt-vl9c.

            I tried contacting customer care but they are not responding to it and neither refunding my money.

              I had ordered for a Mutton Family Biryani from Capital Hotel on 4th November 2018 at 6:38 PM IST for an amount of Rs. 590.62. I have not yet received the food neither got any message saying the order is cancelled.

              I emailed twice to the customer care "[protected]@foodpanda.in" ID and have not heard back as well. Tried their Live Chat option but that does not work even.

              The most annoying part is that it still shows order picked up.

              Please look into it and refund my Money ASAP

                Yesterday i ordered an egg chicken biryani in calcutta biryani house, order was confirmed, preparation was done, but the delivery boy did not deliver the item and he bluffed me by taking my pin 6600 in advance saying if i don't tell him the address he cannot be able to find my location, i tried to reach him through his phone no. [protected] but he didn't pick the call, payment was already done through net banking i want my money back.

                    I made two home delivery orders via food panda mobile app on 4th october 2018. I made the advanced payment via net-banking for both orders. But one by one my both orders were cancelled and it was said from the customer support chat box person that i will get refund amount within 7 - 10 working days. Its been more than 20 days i have not received the amount.

                    Please look into the matter and escalate the case asap

                    Following were the orders:
                    1) dilli 19 = rs.196.97
                    2) uncle chef = rs.265.62
                    Total refundable amount = rs.462.59

                      I have booked meal on date 28 october 2018 but my meal is not delivered of transaction i'd foodpanda-inii-sy2e-1 and after that my booked meal is cancelled but till now money is not refunded. Plz. Look into the matter and refund the money. Meal is booked in varanasi and after that booked meal is cancelled and food panda staff told me and assured me that ur money will be refunded within a week but till now not refunded.
                      Meal is not delivered but money is deducted. If any issue contact me on my email id.

                      I have ordered food and that is not delivered to me. On 7th around 8pm I ordered the and till 11pm it was not delivered and in morning I am getting message that food is delivered.For 9rs you won't feel shame to do this. Till 11pm food was preparing.

                        The order I placed for Rs. 265 and cash back on paytm was 30% off but I have received only Rs. 50. As I was supposed to get Rs.80.

                          I had placed an order on foodpanda app on 3/10/18 and made payment via Phonepe App, My money was deducted from my phonepe wallet but order was not processed by Foodpanda.
                          I inquired with the chat support on foofdpanda app number of times but they gave fake assurances all the time that money will be refunded in 2 working days but nothing is done.
                          Its been more than amonth now bu i still didn't get my refund

                            Sir i ordered 1 plate chole bhature from shivam bhature wala, rohini (Delhi-110085) through foodpanda and paid the amount via paytm but there is no mail regarding confirmation of my order. Even "my orders" is showing nothing and "my cart" is empty too. The amount has been reduced from my paytm account without me getting the order. Please help me to get back my refund sir.

                              Abominable service provided by food panda. Ordered food from dominos through the app. After the food was prepared and on being asked the delivery location, the food was denied to us for which we paid. Instead the restaurant manager in kukatpally, working at the hours of 1:00 am at night rudely told us to collect the food from the restaurant instead and even denied providing his name. On contacting the food panda customer service, they refused the refund stating to contact dominos for it. What a hassle, and the app states to bw hassle-free for ordering food online. As per told by your customer service, we cintacted the restaurant. The manager spoke to us very rudely. He even refused us the refund amount. When you already accept an order, dont ur service provide you the gps location for an order placed? By far, the worst service received without any resolution. I am definitely going to write to the newspaper about this. Being a journalist, it is my duty and also the right of the people to know the service one of the popular app is providing. Maybe that is why customer satisfaction for food panda is just a negligible 7%. I am truly shocked at how irrespinsible and rude the customer service for food panda can be. Maybe that is why poeple suggest and opt to not order from your app as swiggy & zomato provides a far better customer service than yours. This was utter nuisance.

                                Hi sir,
                                I ordered from food panda on 6/11/18 to dunkin donuts. I am complaining about the matter that i haven't received my order. I have already paid for it. I was trying to reach them but i couldn't. I don't know what's the problem with their service. They assigned me a driver but suddenly they canceled it for no reason. God knows why.
                                Then i had a word with shreyanshi (Food panda) and that too i contacted them. They didn't inform me. Please take some action. I wasted my time on this.

                                  Both the orders were cancelled / declined by the hotel. However the payment transferred from paytm wallet not credited to my account till now. I am totally dispappointed with the service.

                                  Please arrange to credit the same immeditely.

                                  If the hotel is of problem, please block the hotel from your app.

                                    On 3rd November 2018, I place an order (Order id; y8ra-6d1v ) which was picked up by the delivery boy and cancelled it after 50 minutes. I made a call to Resturant and they said the boy left with the food and gave me his details. Your delivery boy said that Food panda won't give him the commission, so he won't deliver the food and said he has dropped back to the restaurant and asked me to reorder and he cut the call.
                                    Like what is happening? I again made a call to the restaurant and they said that rider dint returned the food and he claimed that we can watch his CCTV footage for this.
                                    Which allow me to jump to the conclusion that he had the food and lied and wasted my time, energy and money. And also made me clear that your Management is no more.
                                    On this order, I received a cashback from Paytm and which was reversed after the order was cancelled. May know the reason why? where is my fault? Where is my COmpensation? Why the management didn't have the courage to let me know the reason?

                                    I reordered that food ( Order id; y8ra-gn82) and after that my food was delivered after an hour with extra payment and no cashback and no refund and he even summoned the issue with the ongoing things. I tried to get in touch with representatives in chat but as soon as the issue was told to them, they would exit and leave without any concern.

                                    Yes, as usual, they made a call, said sorry and gave me RS 100 coupon valid for 30 days.
                                    i just want to ask one question, for every continuous fault, is Rs 100 the way out for them?

                                    I am not satisfied and this is not the first time. I guess, if its all about Compensation, then i must get compensation more than100.
                                    I had order the Biryani via Food panda & they place my order successfully & after that we started to processing my order & order is showing under the preparation & also getting message with few time delivery boy will pickup your order & I wait for till 1 hour & at last movement they cancelled my order.

                                      I placed an order on sept 23rd, 2018 for an amount of rs 752. The order was cancelled immediately and i was told that my amount will be refunded. Since then, i have reached out to support 7-8 times and always gets an excuse. They don't have any phone numbers for support, you can only chat with them. I have been reading about this and they are continuously using this as a tool to extract money out of people and are never refunding it. I know i am not going to get my money back. I am not worried about my money now more worried about how many people they would have fooled so far and made money. Please help close this app before they dupe more people.

                                      But yet I have not received my amount .

                                      I hv requested various times to unblock my no but there is no response.
                                      I am unable to use vouchers showing that account has been blocked and many time on notification shows have vouchers but when I open app there is no voucher .

                                        After i changed my mobile number on foodpanda they reported of having blocked my account for unusual activity. Is changing you mobile number an unusual activity? Moreover they are not replying to my emails in a detailed manner, just highlighting that my account is banned for unusual activity. I have been using foodpanda since 2 years and this has certainly lowered my bars for them.
                                        Food Panda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have ordered food from food panda of rs 118 but later i cancelled that food but i didn't got my money back yet i have submitted my complain but i didn't got any response that's why i posting it again
                                        I have order food at 9 pm and waited for food till 10:45 no buddy came and I was not able to call my driver. This is pathetic service. And not received money back.
                                        Dear food panda, I thought o[censored]sing your app for the first time. Your app shows four restaurants near me which are opened. But if I select the restaurant it shows it was closed. But in zomato and uber eats it is opened and recieving the order. Please look in to it soon.
