I ordered barbecue pizza from chef paradise. They didn't deliver that order to me then it was cancelled. I told to chat support to giv my refund they told they've initiated. Till now i didn't get my refund money oct 21 order code: v1an-22w8. Its 118 rupees i want my refund asap. Hereafter i won't order anything. They're doing this with everyone. Take proper action against them or else they will do more fraudulent works

I've made an order from Aggarwal sweet through Food Panda. My Order ID was g7yi-03zs also I've made an online payment through paytm under transaction [protected]. Even I tried to get in touch with them but I was failed to do so. I haven't received any order from them and my money also gone.

    Dear sir/ madam i have placed an order on friday date.02 november 2018. I have ordered on foodpanda around 9:24pm, order was confirmed and 55 minutes time of delivery shown. Order placed to chinese gallery sec 63 noida. Order confirmed but not delivered even i wait for 1hours 15 minutes but when not see the delivery boy detail, i called to restaurant, the person who picked up the phone said that foodpanda take order by mistake, we unable to deliver the order to your location sec 44 noida.
    My payment not refund to me no any compensation. I want my refund my money.

    I'm not able to use food panda vochers, can u solve as soon as posible, instead of this I'm using another app, i[censored] solve I will use and recomend others
    Foodpanda has blicjed my account without giving bany explanation and now i can't use any voucher on it. I'm not even able to contact them so that a proper reason for this
    After keeping me waiting for more than 45 mins, they cancel the order. This is not one time they did this, this is their everytime's routine to keep the customer in waiting and cancel the order.
    But there is written your account is blocked
    My account got blocked for apparently no reason. And they keep on sending me the same mail 'your account shall remain blocked', without any explanation.
    I ordered food 5 times in foodpanda.
    Out of 5 times 3 are cancelled after 1 hour unknown reason.
    This cancellation process also initiated when I contacted support to know my food status.

    I questioned this to foodpanda support. But they blocked me.

      I have made a order and made online payment and no rider reached restaurant malgudi hut crossing republic ghaziabad restaurant made the order ready they were showing rider chandan in there app they called him and rider decline for delivery and i am waiting for these # for the food and restaurant is closed they left the order with gaurd bur no customer service from food panda no chat no number working useless service best is zomato or swiggy if you order with food panda then be ready to be starving.

      My food panda account is banned and im unable to contact customer care or any offers. I do not know the reason for what they have banned my account. Kindly unblock my account.

      When the coupon code is entered the apply coupan column the reply that i get is that your account is banned.whenever i enter the OLA app you show me the coupns of food panda, but when the coupans are applied the reply is that your account is banned.
      My account has been banned and I havent received any refund after cancellation of my order. It showed a message which said you will receive you refund in around a week but now almost 15 days padt i haven't received refund.

        I am natesh d my id number is 253432 working as rider in food panda electronic city zone.

        I have worked last week 4 days i have done 41 orders.

        I have got only rs 2100 salary last week. But till day not yet transfer my a/o if i call customer care suggests to go office, if i go to office they are telling evening will be clear, this same things happening from 3 days
        I don't know whom i contact. That why i am just writing mail.

        Please look into this issue.

          It's been 1.2 hours and noone is assigned to my order yet, i'm unable to contact the food panda chat line. They also didn't pay heed to my complaint on twitter. Since i already have paid i can't even cancel my order. I completely lost my trust in foodpanda not expecting such behavior from a company. It's completely unreasonable that you make a customer wait for an hour and justify it by saying that ita taking that time to cook. It's a sandwich, it take 2 mins to make please resolve

            Ordered food using foodpanda app. Inspite of mentioning 35 mins n app, the delivery guy says it takes 50 mins, but even then i said i can wait, money got deducted from paytm 400 rs, and then after 2 hrs they cancelled order, without even informing or calling me.. And then delivery guy calls and says "your order is cancelled, don't wait for it..".. And when i ask for refund, it will be back in 24 hrs or so... Such a worst service... And even customer service gives automated response... They don't give any solution and just say that it has been escalated and had very bad attitude towards customers... Now i got to know why everyone don't use food panda and use swiggy.

              I have ordered from food panda mobile app. The food is prepared but no delivery guy is assigned. I kept waiting for the food.
              After i reach the chat support after an hour, they informed that the order should be cancelled and reordered.
              Though the money will be returned, it was about the time and trust which does not come from food panda.

                This is to inform about the delivery boys behaving with the customers. I have ordered biryani from foodpanda and the delivery boy called and said that he has an delivery in some other place so he asked us to come and collect the order. As we asked him to come to the place he started scolding using abusive and vulgar words. Ask your delivery boys behave properly with the customers. We are the one who are paying to you. This is not the right way to behave with the customers. The delivery boy was drunk.

                  I ordered shake from food panda. The delivery guy reached the location and gave me a call at 5:48 pm. I called him when i reached downstairs to collect my order (Since he was not there), he was talking very rudely and yelling but i remained silent and hanged up the phone, he could not understand hindi or english. I tracked him and reached his location at 5:53 pm.
                  When he saw me coming he started yelling on the road that how much time do i need to take to receive the order, which really pissed me off so i shouted back that should i make the complaint to food panda. Then he shouted go ahead and make the complaint and kept the order back in his scooty (For which i had already paid online) and left. Again i received a call from food panda to whom i narrated the entire story and he started blaming me that i was late for delivery whereas i reached the location within 5 minutes. I have proof that i was there within 5 minutes.

                    I have order from foodpanda on 13th october, 2018 where as the order was cancelled by foodpanda saying they cant deliver the order so cancelled and refund will be generated within 7-10days but its more than one month now i have not received my money back. My order details are y0un-i60v

                    I have also tried to order today on 2nd november order no. Kdpl-ld8j again here they cancelled the order and got message refunded to your account but again money was not refunded.

                    I think its a big scam government should take quick action on such frauds also request you to kindly arrange for my refund of money asap.

                      Food panda has the worst food delivery food. They cannot fulfill there orders half of the time. They are very unreliable and their customer query is also the most unprofessional. I have paid for my orders beforehand multiple times because nowadays they don't accept cod for most of their items. Then they take too long to even say that they cannot fulfill the order. They don't even return the money back sometime. All they do is scam the public using offers and take their money.

                        Hi there,
                        I am very disappointed because of the nonprofessional behavior of Foodpanda restaurant then Foodpanda support executives. Today I placed an order for Gulab Jamun from Kathi Junction via Foofpanda app. In the image, it has been shown 4 pieces. I added three quantity total so ideally, I should have received 12 pieces in total. I received just 6 pieces all in one packet. The picture is attached below for reference. I did even ask the delivery guy but he said that all 12 pieces have been packed in one packet. When I opened I saw only 6 pieces of Gulab jamun. I complain to the delivery guy but he asked to talk to the Foofpanda. I had a long chat with a support executive and then somehow received a call from the supervisor who also failed to tell me why was I given the less quantity. Her answers were that this restaurant does the same they provide only 2 pieces in one plate. Now my question is as followed:

                        1. Why there is a wrong image shown?
                        2. Where do you mention that this order will have two pieces only?
                        3. Why was I offered half of my total amount as a refund in starting then she denied for the same as well by the chat support?
                        4. Does Foodpanda have no control over the restaurant?
                        5. In past I had received Rasgulla where the image was shown to have 4 pieces and had received indeed 4 pieces now this time why the rule is changed and why did you not mention?
                        6. I am willing to get both of them penalized because of their nonprofessional behavior.
                        7. This is just a smart way of cheating a consumer.

                          I would like to file complaint against food panda due to consistent cancellation of my order after having to wait for approx one hour for one or the other reason.The order gets cancelled after an hour and I suffered a lot because of this since I ordered at night for dinner and after waiting for such a long time I used to see that the order gets cancelled.The refund any since the payment used to be made online used to receive by me after a day or two.This is highly unprofessional.I tried to talk to support but they were simply apologetic again and again.I would like to get a compensation against the suffering of the amount of the payment made by me for such order.

                            Hey Foodpanda. U r giving Exciting Offers telling that for 9 Rs U Can order few things but u r taking the payment and cancelling the Orders. Its already happened 2 times with me and u have sent a message stating that Foodpanda have refund from their Side. But i haven't got any sort of Refund! Either u return my Money back or I'll ### ur Case Right here!

                              I am trying to order in Food Panda, but when trying to apply a coupon getting "Sorry you dont have any voucher as your account is blocked". I had not notified regarding the block and the reason too not mentioned. There is no helpline number available to contact. Please take necessary action.

                              The order was undelivered so i used the coupon again and they are sending the note of unfair and misuse of coupon which actually is not done.

                              Company is not willing to unblock my account it feels like. Please help me unblock and resolve my issue.

                                These scammers would take your money and block it in a wallet after cancelling your order. Only 50% of your refund would cone to your bank, rest is stuck in a wallet as cashback! How the heck is my money being touted as cashback?? And not once or twice, every solingle time they’re committing this thievery!
                                I’m attaching photos of how they send the money back as cashback which you cannot take to your bank. So I don’t get the food, and my money is stuck now in a wallet.

                                    My paytm wallet was debited for the order number s8lv-ults but the order was cancelled by the foodpanda.. It's been 54 hours and i haven't got my money back. I was supposed to get it credited back in my acccount within 24 hours. Am i even going to get it back?? The chat support option is not even working now.. Such a big disappointment your online company is.. A big fraud..

                                      There have been a lot of times that foodpanda have not dilevered within the expected time frame which they mention and for that they have a online support team which only hlep you in canceling the order. I was embaresed in front of my guests twice as the food was not dilevered and they have to leave without having anything. The issue which i found is the dilevery person whose assigned is not ready to dilever and the support team cant change the person, so ultimately you have to cancel you order. Now, last time when i ordered they provided incoorect dish and due to which they sent a coupon of rs. 50, but when i tried to apply the same, the application gives an error that my account has been banned. When i am writing about this to foodpanda for the reason of ban and for refunding my money, there is no respnse. Coulf you please help in this?

                                        They have automatically cancelled my order and now they are not refunding my payment.They tell it will take 7-8 days for refund. This is the fifth order they have cancelled. This is happening from 2 days.
                                        Im not able to use voucher codes at food panda. I contacted the customer support who informed me that they have black listed my nos due to some suspicious activity.
