I have already paid total amount 469₹ via paytm
Restaurant first confirmed the order and now cancelling the order citing lack of delivery persons.
My money have been deducted from my wallet. I want refund now
This whole app has become a scam now

I need refund for order code-n7xb-33vc. I have paid rs493.50 on 8th september 2018 at 22:15:00. After i ordered food, the restaurant immediately accepted my order. I waited for 60 minutes. After that when i called the restaurant, they said we are waiting for delivery executive. After sometime when i called again, they switched off their phones. Then the customer support called me and apologized for the inconvenience caused and promised me to refund my amount. I dropped mails regularly to the support team and they gave different answers.in fact they gave a fake transaction i'd and when i checked out with payu they said this id doesn't exists. Support team is also not giving proper response to this query. Support team gave a transaction number which doesn't exist. I have been fooling around since days. Is this the way you (Food panda team) care for customers? Then i uninstalled food panda from my phone and promised to myself that i would never ever order from this fake site again. I really don't understand why they are not refunding my money. It's almost been 2 months. Please help me to get the refund.

I had ordered on foodpanda and restaurant was 4 km away from my home the order was confirmed later on delivery boy calls me and tells that location is beyond 2 km so i have to cancel the order. My query is if the distance was too far for delivery boy then why foodpanda confirmed my order.? And why deducted amount will be refunded after 4-5 working days? This happened thrice with me in short foodpanda is giving very very worst service since last 2-3 months

Order food from foodpanda and waited for 1 and a half hour but food dis not receive th3 same then i started chat with foodpanda support and they told me the food can cot be delivere due to some problme. And sent a mgs.
The massage is "we are sorry gulzar, we cannot fulfill your order at the moment. If paid online, refund will be credited within 24 hrs for wallet payments & within 3-5 working days for bank payments."
I orders at 10.33 pm and they informed my afted 1 and a half hour. Food panda has ruined my dinner plan??
I will not order from foodpanda anymore. And not will recommend to anyone

After place successful order restaurant has cancelled my order & why my time, energy & money has worgly users by a cheater "food panda".
On this service industry this kind of practice is a dark spot for every online retailer.
How customer make trust for others retails also.
Today was my birthday who will buy this momentum back for me money is not a matter hear but commitment is important.

My account is blocked by foodpanda. Even im not able buy from any other restaurants. Its really not fair. Food panda should unblock my account as soon as possible. Hope my problem is solved soon. Its so bad even though it has so many offers for old customers as well but im unable to use. Its like we can food panda only once. So pls unblock my account. Do it as soon as possible my kind request.

Today i've ordered food through foodpanda and made my online payment.in meanwhile i thought to add an item into my order and contacted them. When i'm speaking to them my order got cancelled. I've asked the same nd got reply as due to some technical issue. And they also replied me as they will be giving a refund.
Ive replied like i dont want my refund as it takes 7-10 working days. Ive asked them to reorder. But they didnt resolve my issue and kept on insisting to take a refund. And now i lost my money for minimum 7 days.

I ordered from food panda with the bill of 230.62 which i paid through online payment rupees (order id w5zo-elm8).after waiting for one hour the food panda robot finally told me that my order is cancelled. After this they sent me a mail yesterday saying my money has been refunded but when i checked my account i saw that it was not refunded. I have tried to reach the support but i don't get any response.

First i had ordered from hyderabadi biryani hub the amount was rs 267.62 i paid through googlepay.
In few minutes i get the message saying,
Sorry, we've had to cancel your order "s7dx-quyi" from hyderabadi biriyani hub. We'll refund the amount if you were charged.
After few minutes i ordered second time, same thing happened the amount was deducted but the order was cancelled. Amount deducted was rs 246.62

Its been 3 days but i don't get my money back.

We ordered subway from Paschim Vihar branch and the order was accepted by the Paschim Vihar branch. But we didn’t received any thing. When we contacted Paschim Vihar Subway they said order has already been dispatched from there and we tried contacting riders no but it was switched off. So please look into this matter. I ordered my food from food panda company on 14th of October 2018 and the order was cancelled fro there end, as per there clause the amount should be refunded by 7 to 10 days .its been more than 10 days now i haven't received any update from them on this.Every time i chat with the customer care they are giving me excuses of technical issue.
Kindly return my paid amount as early as possible or I have to contact consumer foram.

The delevery boy numan shahid Shaikh he’s said he doesn’t want to delever my order he ask me the otp no on ph but he can’t come to deliver my order how irresponsible they are he’s misbehaving with me shout on me very bad he abuse me after that he was giving half bottle he said raste me girgaya but the bottle was close baahar se bilkul aisa nahi lagaa ki wo bottle kahi gira tha what i thought usne aadha piya tha and he was asked me the otp number again i said no i m not giving first you replace my order he said ok but he didn’t come again

I ordered my food from food panda company on 6th of october 2018 and the order was cancelled fro there end, as per there clause the amount should be refunded by 7 to 10 days. Its been more than 20 days now i haven't received any update from them on this. Every time i chat with the customer care they are giving me excuses of technical issue. Please i want this brand label company reality to be confronted.

Order not delivered and cancelled by food panda side . one hour we wait and after that cancelled by their side amount not return full.only phone pay balance given not card deduct from card and half amount given phone pe when you taken money from my credit card so, return on it.why return phone pe. And if your executive or rider not come this side so why taken order and also before that how send your rider by your side.

Food panda is not giving coupons to me they said my account is blocked without any reason they are no giving coupons. Every craving and desert is givem to me without any discount as i have to pay full amount of any cravong and desert in all resturant so i request to unblock my account so that i can also enjoy your food and cravings discount given by you to your user..

I orderd chicken kathi roll from angeethi sector 31, gurgaon. But i have not recieved my order. When i checked in resturant site, there i found angeethi resturant is closed. And in foodpand app its showing ur food is preparing since last 3 hours. Pathetic n worst app. I want my refund and want to cancel this order. Worst service. Making fool of customers.

Foodpanda is cheating on people after taking the order. The order is being taken whether one pays or not but the order is never delivered. They don’t even provide a customer care number to contact. I experienced this incident 2 times and i can’t tolerate it more. I experienced this in chennai and later found out everyone all around are facing the same problem by reading the reviews in apple store. So please take severe action on this fraud people who are playing with public regarding food as it is the most important thing a human needs. I hope you take a proper action against them

15 october'18 at 10 pm i ordered food from food panda payment deducted from my account, but order auto cancelled & now till date no payment refunded nor a call receive from food panda care, 5, 6 time mail sent in [protected]@foodpanda.In & other mail ids provided in their site, but no update received till date.

I have order 10 times from foodpanda but got massage that due to high volume of order we cancelled your order, some time order could not be fulfilled. I contact foodpanda several time but they say we initiated refund but going to b a month i didn't get any refund. They stole more than 500 rs and now they are not giving me any support even their chat is not working on my phone.

Continuously following up with food panda customer care about the order being cancelled by me due to strike from their end, my money rs.771.50 didn’t credit back to my account against the order number [protected]@1on 26th sept. Request you to take strict action on these food chain who are fooling customer like this. I am pissed off with continuous follow ups and every time their one statement of making payment within 6-19 working days. Plz help me in getting my hard earning back to my account asap.
