I had ordered food through foodbpanda app. The order got cancelled and they told it will b refunded within 7-8 working days.
I haven't received my refund yet and it's been a month now. It's very disappointing to see them being irresponsible towards this issue. I had dropped several mails and there is no contact number available in the website.
Hoping that you will resolve this as soon as possible.

    Placed an order through food panda app on 22 oct at 9pm and made an online payment too.in the app the order was showing preparing and that the delivery boy rajesh lalchand vaish was on his way to collect it. However even after an hour it was still the same status. Called the restaurant from which the food was ordered, and was surprised to be informed that the order had not only been picked from them but also marked as delivered with the pin being used as well. Such pitiable service from food panda, the food that was paid for never reached us. It is nearing 12 now and we tried the food panda customer service / helpline numbers but all are invalid.
    Will refrain from using this app, not interested in getting fleased once again

      I have ordered french fries on food panda application . I have ordered it from restaurant AFC- americal fried chicken undri . I have ordered it at 8 pm and also paid the amount which is 49 rs by paytm . It is 9 pm now still restaurant is not accepting my order . App also has not any complaint number . How we will get the food or how we can get refund . I am complaing about this application . And i want refund as soon as possible

        Sir i ordered from food panda and applied voucher code on that and rest of the money i paid from my bank account, the amount got deducted but the order is not confirmed and after that again when i tried to do the same,, they blocked my account and now i am not able to place any order from my number.. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. As i am a student i really need it too much, and without any proper check they blocked and also their customer service never responds... I tried so many times but didn't get any response from them...

          I had ordered food worth rs 249 paid by paytm using foodpanda app. But the restaurant cancelled the order. Foodpanda agreed to refund. Bt nothing received yet. R8pg-24ch this is order number. Order was placed on 7th sept’18. And as per refund mail shared by foodpanda 2-3 workings would take to initiate the refund. I had live chat with multiple executives and they asked me to wait. I did mail to them with paytm statement multiple times but no hearing back from them.

            I have ordered food from food panda on 18th oct 2018. They called me after an hour and said they want to replace the order as no executives are available. Again they called me after another hour and said the same. I told them to cancel and refund my money. It is not yet refunded till date 22 oct 2018. I have raised a request on their app. No response is received yet. I don't find any way to contact the customer care person. I don't want anymore people to lose their money to this fraudulent. Please help.

              Hi,

              Food panda is cheating people with fake offers, i have ordered the food on 26 sep 2018 at 1:48 pm, after accepting the order i did not get any updates from the restaurant so i reached out to foodpanda support team after 1 hour and this is the response from them:"your order has not fulfilled", silly reason stating that there is technical difficulty with delivery boy and they said we have refunded the amount. It's been almost more than 25 days still they haven't refunded my money.
              I have contacted the their support many time but they will give me ready made answers like "we have initiated the refund amount it will be created with in 7-10 days".
              I would request consumer forum to stop this fraudulent offers who are trying to cheat the customers and please help me get compensation of 1 lack rupees.

              I just ordered through food panda a shake which was on offer..but till now i’ve not received it..plus i did a the payment through card..and from when the order is only being prepared..they have not even provided me the delivery man’s details..PATHETIC
              I had ordered food yesterday night and the money got deducted from my paytm and nor did I receive my order and the chat option has gone as well... I want my refund
              My order was rejected and cancelled. I have not received my refund back.

                This is so bad to see this type of behavior from company like you that is why other delivery company go far better than you.

                I placed my above mentioned order at 7.40 pm today i. E. 21.10.2018 through foodpanda app and made the payment online immediately.
                After confirmation of my order i checked my order status but its shows no able to give details due to some technical issue, however we assure your order will be deliver on time. I got call from mr. Pitamber sahu from his mobile number +91844 xxxxx72 who was introduce me himself as from foodpanda and ask me whether the order is paid or cash. I said its paid ordered and then he disconnected the phone after some time he again called me and said "mai order dene nahi araha hu, food panda mai complaint kardo, woh log meri salary nahi de rahe hain, jo karna hai karlo, aab yeh mai khaunga, or jada kiya to tera address hai tujhe wahi akke jaan se maar dunga" and he disconnected the phone.

                After listening this i immediately i was in shock how this can be done, i again called him but he didn't picked my call and after that i complaint to the costumer care executive support (Live chat) through foodpanda app and told my issue/concern (I was surprise that food panda dont have any customer care number) but he (Mr. Parikishti took it very lightly and said we will cancel your order and you will get your money refund. I again told me to call me back its not so normal. He called me from number +911725xxxxx30 and he bluntly told me that he dont have any details of the rider, this is really unprofessional way by food panda. When i asked him to provide me some number of your senior he dont provide me said that he will arrange a call from senior after 1 hour and he said he cant talk much as other is also waiting on chat and he disconnected the phone and on chat he said he will cancel my order on my behalf and the money will come in your account in 3-4 days. I immediately says no to him and said that i want my order my guest is sitting and how you people cheat with customer like this and after that he disconnected the chat and the chat was gone.

                I again go for chat support and some new person came i think his name was hussain and he start asking again same thing how could i help you and whats my concern and all and after knowing all he also disconnected the chat after that one more time i connected the chat support and then one dhirender came and ask again same thing and i again said same thing to him and he said senior will call in one hour. What the hell is all this. This is totally against the law and against the policy of business.

                In the meanwhile i received a message that my order is cancelled due to problem with your order and your will get your amount back in 7 working days.

                I got a call from +91-40-71xxxxx97 by some rahul who introduce me from food panda and ask me what is happened, i told him everything and asked him details of the delivery boy/rider as i am going to file case against the rider and foodpada to cheat/fraud with me and giving threaten to kill me. He also took very lightly like he knows this thing happen regularly. I was very serious, firstly he said he will send note to delivery team and after i asking the details of the delivery boy/rider he said no we cant provide as its a internal policy and all. When i said what action you take against them he said we cannot tell as its internal policy, when i said how do i know about the action he said sorry you cant know, i asked complaint number he said sorry we dont have any complaint number and dont do this and all.

                I am really shock by this behavior and incident of today by foodpanda how casual you people are and how casual you people took customer life to hire riders like this and without any information who threat the customer like this.

                I know no action will be taken by you people its just fooling customer but i am sending you this mail just to let you know that how bad is food panda and their rider and how they threaten and cheat customer.

                I want action against all the defaulter in this situation and related to my matter.

                I ordered food from firangi bake.. after online payment they simply cancelled it.. now no refund also .. what is this???
                I started using foodpanda home delivery app 2 months back in banglore. i havnt got single successful order from them. Either payment issue or else they will cancel order for no reason
                I have about 5-6 refunds pending. The time taken for refund as per the site is 7-10 days but it's more than a month and still havent received any amount. This is very poor customer service by foodpanda. If you are not sure you can satisfy the customers order then stop giving such discounts to cheat the customers.
                I am shocked that foodpanda suddenly blocked my account without giving any reason. When I emailed them they replied that I misused the account but I never misused it..they are not giving the proof. And because if this I am not able to use coupons in Ola and Foodpanda. Also they dont have any customer care numbers.

                  I am not able to use any voucher as it is showing my account is blocked. I made another account on my mobile it is also showing the same. I have uninstalled it still it comes with the same, then i tried to do sign up with my mothers account, it got signed up but still said that account is blocked. What is happening, why my accounts are blocked. Please resolve my problem fast.

                    The delivery guy knew that the food was bad and was spilled in the package when we confronted him he misbehaved with the lady and ran away after calling him he never came back and the foodpanda never hear our complaint neither they took action or provided us with refund. The chat interface is so bad it takes 2-3 hours to talk to customer executive on chat.

                      From few days I am trying to access to foodpanda website I tried using different promo codes but it showing me that your account has been banned

                      So may I know what is the reason why my account has been banned by the website if they do not want to provide the promotion codes to apply the office then why do they send me an SMS regarding the promotion of first to be used to reduce the amount for ordering the Food

                      I request the consumer department look into this matter and I feel that I am not only the single person who is facing this issue but they many people were facing this issue I request you to please look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible and stringent action to be taken regarding this issue for fooling people and for no reason banning the users account.

                      Firstly there are lots of bugs in their application. Secondly I had to wait for over an hour to get to know that my order has been cancelled. That too I got to know since I contacted the customer care. Or else I would have had to wait for still longer to get to know about it.

                          Hai this nikhil, i am able to see the Tracking details, and it is showing that something went wrong and no confirmation from restaurant.
                          Money has been detucted.
                          What is going i dont know?

                            I had placed an order on foodpanda on 19th sept. They cancelled the order as they said it can't be delivered due to some issue and initiated the refund. From that day it is still not processed. Every time i am sending a mail to check the status, they reply that it will take 7-10 days.

                              I placed an order on food panda on 3rd october which is order id r9lb-a4hf for 802.20rs. The order was not fulfilled and cancelled. The customer service team informed me that refund is initiated and money will be refunded in 7-10working days. Even though it wasn't acceptable i agreed. However after 5 days when i enquired i was told due to some tech issue refund request was not processed and they would process it again. After 3 more days i was told money would be in my account in 2 days... When it didn't come in 3 days i emailed them and he informed me that refund request was not processed due to tech issue and he would raise the request and now after 17 days it will take another 10days to get my own money which i paid for the services that was never provided. That day i had to spend double money since when order got cancelled frpm here i orderd from zomato but at least i was thinking i will get my money however this is just pathetic and not acceptavle.

                                  Delivery boy (Pradip khatal) has charged us inr.50/- for delivering the product. The name of the delivery boy is: pradip khatal. This boy has come along with his friend to deliver the order and that chap (His friend) has no idea about the service. He told us that since it is 3:30 pm, if you cancel the order then you will be starving otherwise it is better you pay inr.50/- and avail the order. I had no option other than going for payment of 50/- extra for this service. He was also saying to raise the complaint in the live chat and get the refund. I think you should take strict action against these # and terminate them immediately from the services so that other delivery boys do not think of doing it any further. I'm very much disappointed with the services that food panda has provided this afternoon to me. I request you to refund the said amount and take the strict action over them.

                                    I ordered food through food panda on 16/9/2018. But my order was cancelled. Order id - w1nq-v9bf. They told that the amount would be refunded within 7-10 working days. It has been more than 1 month but still i haven't received my refund. I have mailed them but didn't get response. Support system is very bad. The amount is ₹72.13. I kindly request you to kindly refund the amount asap.

                                      I had ordered food on foodpanda app and both the ordered were cancelled by the restaurants. The amount paid through debit card was supposed to be refunded within 2 weeks but it has been 3 weeks, and still it is not initiated. I even emailed them the problem looking for a solutions (Along with sreenshots of cancelled order) but no help was provided. On top of that, they even banned my account. This is totally outrageous that such app play on customers while looting money from them... Such app should be banned from playstore

                                        I have order 4 above orders today and all of them got cancelled after 2 hours of ordering the food.. This is been happening previously as well.. Please take off this app from playstore as they are playing with the consumers by providing offers which they cant fulfill. Either i need a compensation on this order or i need my food
