Food Panda — Beware of food panda

Hi, I yesterday 18th Dec 2015 placed one online order at 9:30 pm for my dinner from food panda and made the payment online. I have not received my order at all, I waited till 1 am and slept without food. I called very times to vendor they said you will get do not worry and all. I also contacted live chat, they said sir you will get for sure please wait for few minutes. Later again I contacted live chat they said sir food has been out for delivery and since it has been late we refunding your amount and food will be complimentary for you.
