[Resolved] Food Panda — foodpanda is not refunding my money, tried fool me on chat support | |||||
Order id : v6qc-fi8c Upi transaction id :[protected] Payu money reference id: [protected] ordered from foodpanda on 6th october. Order amount was rs91.42. Payment was done through google pay, but order got cancelled saying that they didn't receive money. Upon contacting foodpanda support i was able to raise refund request and got mail from payu money that my refund is processed and i have to wait for 7 days. After 7 days, i didn't got any money so i contacted foodpanda support again and they just said that refund was never processed. On sharing screenshot, chat support started saying refund is already credited. At this point i think they are just trying to throw me off and don't want to return my money.
