Food Panda — cheating on food delivery

Hi,

I have placed an order by 3.00 pm today and got a call from tge delivery executive that his bike got punctured and asked me to come half the way, when i reached and called him, he told me that he was in a different location and will deliver the order. Its been 1.30 hrs now, when i call him he is not answering the call.

I have paid and still waiting for the order. Tried contacting the support via chat and not even a single response.

Pathetic service and i am really not so convinced with it.
