Food Panda — delivery and response issue | |
Hi, There have been a lot of times that foodpanda have not dilevered within the expected time frame which they mention and for that they have a online support team which only hlep you in canceling the order. I was embaresed in front of my guests twice as the food was not dilevered and they have to leave without having anything. The issue which i found is the dilevery person whose assigned is not ready to dilever and the support team cant change the person, so ultimately you have to cancel you order. Now, last time when i ordered they provided incoorect dish and due to which they sent a coupon of rs. 50, but when i tried to apply the same, the application gives an error that my account has been banned. When i am writing about this to foodpanda for the reason of ban and for refunding my money, there is no respnse. Coulf you please help in this? Was this information helpful? | |

Hi sir/madam im srikanth from hyderabad i did a food order in ur food panda app i paid 49rs amount for biryani the amount dedected from my account but the order is cancelled by you and u sended me a msg the amount will refund still the process is not done please kindly refund my amount to my account.
