Food Panda — delivery showed but not received

I ordered cheese grilled sandwich from foodpanda. I didn't received any parcel but my order status showed as delivered. I called the delivery executive, he told that they are on strike and they are not taking any delivery. The delivery executive name is mangesh and his number is [protected]. I oredered cheese grilled sandwich from the tuck box mahavir nagar kandivali west, mumbai -67, via foodpanda on 26th september near about 8:30 pm
