Food Panda — food not delivered in status changed to delivered

Ordered sandwich was not delivered even after 2 hours and they changed the status to delivered. When i contact the shop, they told delivery executive taken it and not responsible for the same. When i contact delivery executive he told he is not even picked the item. It is a terrible experience with chetty's corner.

Dear sir,
When you ordered the food through food panda it's the responsibility of food panda to deliver the food our responsibility is to give the food to food panda executive and the status is updated from food panda and we don't have to access to update the delivery status.

Not they are telling that food panda is reponsible for that.
