Food Panda — food order never reaches restaurants

Food panda is the worst site we experienced recently. We placed order for pind balluchi and nirula's, both reputed and in dwarka. The app kept showing that the order is not getting confirmed to be placed by restaurants whereas the order never reached these restaurants.
The restaurant people were feeling ashamed to tell the status but these shameless foodsite people kept us hanging and waiting for food. My children waited for food for more than an hour!!! The staff of chat is totally insensitive.
They should be shut down. Boycott such site who lure customers by offering discounts and then behave like this.

Inspite of realizing such messing up, they didn't arrange for alternative food options and also were rude in conveying for refund.
